2008 Marsh Walk: This 2nd floor Marsh Walk villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and great marsh views. Located just down the street from the Seabrook Island Club's tennis center, Lake House, and Equestrian Center, it is perfectly located to many amenities.
The villa has an open living area featuring hardwood flooring and doors leading to a screened porch with marsh views. Share stories from your day while relaxing on the comfortable furnishings. Watch your favorite shows or movies on the large HDTV. Step to the screened porch and sip cool drinks around the table or settle in the chairs with a book. At dinner time, gather around the table for 4. There is additional seating for two at the kitchen bar. The open kitchen features stainless appliances and new butcher block counters. The stacked HE washer/dryer are hidden behind a sliding door in the living area.
The master bedroom has a King bed, en suite bath and access to the screened porch. Watch the morning news on the TV. The bathroom features a modern vanity with a glass counter and sink. The large shower is tiled and has glass doors and a handheld shower head. The doors offer views to the tidal marsh. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and sliding doors leading to an open deck. A fan has been added to this bedroom. The hall bath has a shower/tub, tile flooring and vanity.

This is a charming, neatly-furnished condo. Spacious living room and a beautiful deck make it worth your stay. Just keep in mind the condo is approximately 3-4 miles from the beach and the Beach Club, so if you’re keen on staying closer to the beach, this may not be the right condo for you. Regardless, this is a very nice condo and we’d definitely stay here again.
This is a beautiful place. Very friendly people and top touch amenities. The only thing bad was the microwave broke and we had to get the property manager to replace. Other then that it was perfect.
We had a wonderful stay. One of the best properties we’ve stayed at regarding the “extras.” The kitchen was fully equipped, two different coffee makers, etc. Only one minor change would be the pillows in king bedroom need replacing. Excellent stay, would highly recommend!
Our family stayed here over Christmas week and loved it. The condo is clean, spacious, comfortable, and well located. Our dog was welcomed as well. We would definitely come back.
We loved this condo and the marsh views it provided - the screened porch was the best to sit and eat breakfast in the morning and watch the sunset in the evening. The property was clean, well stocked, and well maintained. Located close to restaurants, the beach, and other amenities, it was the perfect place away for our family.
This is the second time we have stayed at this condo and we absolutely love it. From breakfasts overlooking the marsh on the screened porch, to the proximity of access to local amenities, to the peaceful, quiet, and safe location on Seabrook, there is not a thing I would change! We are already looking at dates to return in 2024.
So relaxing! This is a very nice condo on the marsh. Quiet, yet conveniently close to the restaurants and shopping at Freshfields. It had everything we needed, and was sparkling clean. We would definitely rent it again if we return.
We had a really enjoyable stay at Seabrook between the Holidays. We had rented a property in another part of the island previously and this was our first stay closer to entrance. The location was close to the equestrian center and the lake house which provided great access to activities. Beach access was simple with a short drive and access to off island activities was simple. The condo was fantastic and everything we wanted. It was clean, well appointed and incredibly comfortable. The screened in deck overlooking the marsh was a great spot to enjoy meals or just relax. Coordination with the property manager was simple and convenient the few times we needed anything. Would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Lovely Place!
My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We loved the setting with the screen porch overlooking the marsh and woods. You almost feel like you are in a treehouse! The condo has been updated with hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, modern bathroom, etc. It has high quality appliances, tv and stereo equipment, classy furnishings even on the screen porch. We actually liked the fact that it was a little ways from the beach because it was quiet and peaceful and we loved riding our bikes to the beach. The bed was very comfortable with quality bedding (including a down comforter under the bedspread. I can’t wait to come back again! Seabrook Island is so beautiful, especially in spring!

Not your fault and I should have ask what floor it was on. Not in property description that it was on the third floor with NO ELEVATOR.! My husband is 82 and it was very difficult.
The front bedroom with the twin beds was uncomfortable.
The beds were overly hard
The AC did not pump in sufficient air to keep the room within 5 degrees of the master bedroom
The noise from the condenser on the front balcony kept waking us up during the night as it cycled on and off.
This unit was in a great location, had a nice big screened in porch, and a well stocked kitchen. Also, Coastal Getaways was very nice to deal with. However, the furniture and other parts of the unit were dirty and the little things (clogged sink, towel holder falling off the wall, etc) should be taken care.
We had a lovely stay. The condo was clean and charming, but overall, it needed updating and revamping. The kitchen was very well stocked and organized. The appliances were nice with the exception of the washer/dryer, which were VERY loud. We were very comfortable, but, I would have preferred something more updated on a property that had walkways to the marsh. The nearby pool was nice, and the included amenity cards were a definite bonus. The very large screened-in porch was wonderful. If booking this property, go directly through Coastal Getaways. I would stay here again, but, I’m hoping that the owners will revamp and update everything. It feels like it was a do-it-yourself project, which can be charming...but, can also feel half-baked.
Had a great time! Easy check in and check out. Property updated and clean. Located on 3rd floor so you have to be OK with doing stairs, but for the price and location, and amenity card...it was a great fit for us. Only suggestion would be firmer mattresses. You really sink in to these! But it wasn’t bad enough that it would deter us from staying again. Thumbs up!
