1325 Pelican Watch

This first floor, end unit Pelican Watch Villa is perfectly located on Seabrook Island. Featuring one of the best panoramic views of Seabrook Island's gorgeous waterfront landscape, it also offers all the comforts of home. Step off the deck to the boardwalk leading to Pelican Beach. You will relax the minute you arrive at this lovely home.
The open living area is brightened by the sun that streams through the large windows and doors. Settle into the comfortable sofa and chair and enjoy a show or movie on the HDTV/DVD. The sofa opens to a bed to accommodate extra guests. Dine around the table that seats four while savoring the view of the water. The open kitchen ensures that even the chef can see the water's reflection. Kitchen highlights include Corian countertops, white cabinetry, and a washer/dryer tucked in the laundry closet.

Off the hall is a full bath with a shower making it perfect for your guests. Continue down the hall to the master suite. The master bedroom has a king size bed, HDTV, and adjoining full bath with a tub/shower.
Up to (2) dogs are welcome! Additional pet fee(s) to apply per pet.
Extras in the villa include wifi, linens, towels (please bring your own beach towels)

* As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

Fantastic stay!

We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay at this lovely place! The location is perfect and the view is unmatched. It was just the right size for my wife and I and our 25 year old son to spend a wonderful Labor Day holiday. We hope to come again soon!

Private oasis!

My boyfriend and I had the best weekend here. The villa was exactly as described. Check in/out process was easy and Nancy even let us wait out the storm past our check out time. The beach is steps away and is so private. We loved how pet friendly the beach was and had an amazing walk where we saw tons of dolphins. We would definitely return and stay here again!

Convenient and Beautiful!

This property had everything we needed, was conveniently located across from the beach and close to the pool (we drove, but we could have walked), was clean and had beautiful views. Bonus that it was pet friendly. The property managers were very responsive. We will be back!

Great location on a great beach.

Lots of fun walking for miles on the hard pack beach after the tide rolls out. We saw multiple dolphins each day. Very cute and private island.

Great beach getaway!

This condo was a really excellent home base for our Seabrook Island vacation! Beautiful views of the ocean - really gorgeous through two sets of windows and the deck. Access to the club pools and amenities made the vacation even better. I would wholeheartedly recommend this unit - just as beautiful as the pictures :)

Amazing Property!

What a great place to ring in the New Year! On top of the weather being perfect, the condo was amazing! Very clean and beautifully decorated. We spent lots of time on the corner patio listening to the waves crash and watching beautiful sunsets! Highly recommend this condo, and will definitely be back!
