This recently renovated one bedroom, 1.5 bathroom town house sits on the 8th fairway of the Ocean Winds golf course. A 94 square foot sunroom has been added to the first floor living area. Your dogs (up to 2) are welcome in this dog friendly property. This townhome is within walking distance of the beach/pool area and many of Seabrook Island's amenities.
Enter this lovely town home and be pleasantly surprised by all of the upgrades, including new Coretec Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring throughout the first floor. A fully modernized kitchen with floor to ceiling cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops await any cook! Tucked into the kitchen is a stackable washer and dryer. The breakfast bar has three bar stools and opens to the Great Room. The main living area has comfortable seating and beautiful views of the golf course. This spacious room opens to the sunroom which has seating for two and a twin pull-out sofa. Double sliding doors take you from the sunroom to the deck. The sliders have custom sound and light proof blinds providing privacy and enclosure. Walk onto the deck which steps down to the 8th fairway of the Ocean Winds golf course. The owners have brought the beautiful foliage onto the deck through various planters. Have your morning coffee here or an afternoon cocktail. Comfortable seating and a gas grill make for a relaxing stay.
Head upstairs to the large master bedroom and bath. A comfortable Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid Elite king bed awaits your dreams. The bath is renovated with granite countertops, a new antibacterial shower and glass doors. Medicine cabinet style mirrors in both bathrooms provide enhanced storage and easy access to toiletries and all cabinetry updated to include custom mission doors in a modern color palette of taupe and grey. The bedroom has a king bed and 40" HDTV. The bedroom has lovely views of the golf course. A renovated powder bath can be found on the first floor.
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment. Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards are included in the rent. These cards allow access to the Club amenities -- Beach Club pools (seasonal), Pelican Nest oceanfront dining (seasonal), the Island House dining, two championship golf courses, and 15 Har Tru tennis courts -- are included with your rental. Venture to the Tennis Center or Equestrian Center and arrange lessons, court time, or a trail or beach ride. There is no charge to use the Beach Club pools, however, you are responsible for your dining, golf, tennis, or horse activities. The Lake House, Seabrook's property owner's facility, invites you to use its outdoor pool (no fee) and fitness center/indoor pool (fees apply). During the summer there is a full slate of activities on Seabrook, at Freshfields, or Bohicket Marina for young and old alike. Or take a ride to Charleston (25 miles) and enjoy our beautiful city and all it has to offer.
If you're looking to get away from it all - we think you've found the right place! There is also a Bose Sounds System with CD player, a charging station for your personal devices, and some beach chairs and games for your use! There is a small dog crate if needed.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have. For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Everything was excellent. It would have been nice to have a covered outdoor space but that is the only thing that could have made it better. Would absolutely stay here again.
620 Shadowwood was a very comfortable place to stay for the 2 of us and our little dog Lincoln. It was well stocked and equipped. Furniture is comfortable. I would recommend it. Coastal Getaways also is helpful and good to deal with.
Great location close to the beach at Seabrook Island
Nice stay with our teenage daughter for Spring Break. While the weather wasn't the warmest, we enjoyed the best of the amenities. The condo is very accurate to the photos and clean with a well stocked kitchen. Very pet friendly both in the condo and the neighboring condos. Close to the beach accesses and both pool locations. Plan for extra expenses to use the facilities, bring pool towels for the inland pool and be prepared as the pools are not heated. Close to a grocery and a couple of restaurants but as you are on an island, plan to cook at the condo or go at off times for the restaurants.
Was a perfect stay for my wife and I for our third consecutive year in Seabrook. Nancy even had a binder available with answers to any questions we may have had. Thanks for a great stay!
The villa never disappoints. I’ve stayed here many times during my visits to Charleston. The property is clean and calming. I was able to relax and enjoy my stay which I am always grateful.
My wife & our pups loved our time at this condo! The moment we walked in, it felt like home. It was a well-appointed unit with plenty of room to spread out and relax. As an avid golfer, it was nice to stay right on the 8th hole of the Ocean Winds course and watch golfers come through during the day. The location of the condo was perfect to easily reach all that Seabrook Island has to offer and we will certainly look to stay at this location on future island visits!
My husband and our two golden retrievers stayed for long weekend. The condo was the perfect size for the four of us. Clean, cozy and in a great location. We loved Seabrook Island and will absolutely be coming back in the future! Perfect relaxing getaway before we welcome our baby!
My husband and I stayed at the property with our dog for a nice, relaxing getaway. The unit was very clean, well-appointed and the perfect size for us. It was also in a convenient location on the island. Having the amenity cards included was very nice so that we could access the beach club (wonderful) and other services. All of the communications about arrival/departure and activities were clear and the staff were all very helpful. I would definitely recommend a stay at this property and hope to make a return trip ourselves!
Enjoyed our stay at Seabrook very much especially once we realized there's parking at each boardwalk. We have stayed at KIAWAH in the past and weren't aware of the parking . Townhome was very clean and well stocked !!
