"Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and water slide. Staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was ok, no complaints just dont expect anything extraordinary. Walking distance to Backcountry Brewing which has great beer and good wings."

"We arrived to the hotel at 1pm and kindly asked if they could accommodate earlier check in than 4pm as i am pregnant, however they did not. By 4.20pm i was very mad and kept reminding them that we are still waiting for our room and we finally received the keys to our room at 4.30pm even though they tell you the latest guaranteed time is 4pm. Also be aware of the AC noise in the rooms. Loudest noise i have ever heard from AC. We couldn’t turn it off and called reception for help. They told us how to do it but the AC would turn on every 10 minutes. We basically couldn’t sleep the whole night and got cold the next day. When i shared our experience with the receptionist the next day, they didn’t even listen and just said ohh i am sorry for your experience! I wouldn’t stay in this hotel if you want a peaceful and relaxing experience. The location was good. "
