"Really wonderful staff who were friendly and super accomodating. Went out of their way to make sure me and my mother were happy. And the fireplace and mountain views make for an extra nice touch."

"The room was amazing the staff was very friendly the only thing i will say was, when we got to the hotel a guest told us the hot tub was not working, we called down to the desk to confirm, they checked confirmed it was working all of us go down to the hot tub and it wasn't working so we went to the front desk and the guy was very standoffish.and told us oh well, but all the other staff where great and the hotel was beautiful "
