"The second floor is perfect for hearing the surf. It is beautifully decorated in a coastal theme and nice lighting as well--and spotless. If you like to sleep in a dark bedroom room you won't have a problem here. There is a TV in both the living area and the bedroom. The owner has labeled everything so it is easy to find items you need. You are close to a pool as well and very easy access to the beach. In one word a "gem.""

"The beach view was panoramic, you could see a very long stretch of gorgeous shoreline and ocean views from all rooms except the second bedroom and the bathrooms.The view from the balcony was overlooking rooftops cement decks, a grassy area and swimming pool. The pool was not opened during the time we were there.The condo was comfortable and well equipped. We loved hearing the ocean all day and night! It was a little bit of a walk to get your feet in the sand from the 8th floor but the elevator was quick since it was the off season when we rented. Loved the big bins to haul your bags up to the condo from the garage, so convenient ! The owner was very helpful and responsive. She gave us many details about the area and great advice on restaurants. Several eateries were easy to walk to and the south end of the boardwalk was also nearby. Check-in procedures were clear. Thank you for a lovely time in BB! We had the best time. Would definitely rent this place again."

"Location was great (809B). Could even blame you all for excellent weather.Problem comes with the myriad of rules and regulations which are just too much. And to top that off there were vague threats that if we did not toe the line we would be hit with an abundance of monetary penalties. Not a friendly way to keep us returning. Overall, however, we enjoyed the visit."
