Sprowston Manor Hotel, Golf & Country Club
Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The leisure club was great, enjoyed by adults and children although in the evening on our second night the showers were out of use and the pool was rather chilly. Room was not cleaned properly There was someones hair and dust all over the table and on pulling out the sofa bed the sheet had clearly not been changed and was someones long hair all over it ! I couldn't use the kettle as it was burnt out so had to boil
