Loved the bar and the connecting restaurant even though it closed early. Rooms were nice but I didn’t expect anything less from the Moxy. I also loved that the gym has a boxing bag. That’s def a plus! Cleaning could’ve been better, specifically the bathroom but the decor was beautiful! Would definitely stay again.

The location was great for restaurants and other places. The staff were friendly and helpful. The 'boutique' vibe was fun and very comfortable. The bar was a very central gathering place that was welcoming and well stocked. There was coffee and some light 'fare' in the lobby in the a.m. We would definitely stay again if we were to return to this area.

The ladies at check in/out were lovely and very helpful. The room was very clean, tidy and fun. We enjoyed the downstairs bar and the overall atmosphere is great. We will definitely be staying there again, and the location is perfect for anything downtown.

There are many walkable places- like the Archer Theatre, restaurants, PPL center etc. The room and lobby area were very vibrant and clean. When checking in, it was a very rushed process, staff were nice but seemed overwhelmed. This was the same for the valets. Seemed overwhelmed or did not necessary have a process on retrieving vehicles. I will share that the one valet did not answer me but pointed to the check in area when I asked a question related to valeting. I was taken back by that response. The other valets were very nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel, just may need a bit more training.

If attending an event at the PPL center and just need a place to crash, this will most likely be ideal. I still cant figure out why the sinks hot water was much hotter than the actual shower. The shower, at best and to my family and I felt a touch warmer than luke warm. We did not attend any of the onsite games, so really not fair for me to judge. The TV system, if you wish to call it that,was "BYOTV" if you wish to watch anything. Sure there is a TV, but you need to either mirror or log in with your own account. NO Fridge, Microwave or really any place to put your clothes but on the wall. Honestly, staff was decent, the decor was interesting, the vallet parking was good. To my family and I, it just didnt fit a family dynamic.
