Quiet and clean! It's an easy-to-get-to cute motel with the necessities. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Basic amenities. Great price! Grab and Go breakfast items available in the lobby. My only two *minor* gripes: the mini fridge froze my salad (I could not find a way to adjust the temperature) and powdered creamer at the coffee station. I'd rather have actual cream and I think that would be an easy upgrade.

This was an excellent little motel to stay in. Not only were the rooms clean but they looked really nice inside. Bathrooms were excellent bed was great. This particular location there's a lot of the Big chain motels this place would be an excellent option and it's very affordable.

This was a very small and quaint motel. Room 101 was small but doable, clean but unfortunately the room had a very strong smell of a cleaning chemicals or something. So we sat outside for awhile at the picnic table after we came back from dinner while we opened the window hoping it would air out. After discussing with my husband I did call the managers to bring it to his attention. We slept with the window open and the exhausted fan on full blast. He did say he would give us 50 percent off the price, (That was we thought he said) but in the morning that changed, he started off rude to my husband and that didnt go very well. Two stubborn male egos dont go well together. Needless to say and to be honest, the manager and my husband both had horrible language to each other. Good luck trying to solve anything. Hope everyone else has a great stay. Just dont ask for help.

We don't know the town or area well so we were a little nervous about where to stay. We just stayed one night but it was perfect! Easy check in. Love the ease of getting into the room from parking (right in front of your room). The room was very very clean. We were comfortable and slept well. So glad we chose this motel.

You had it on AC mode that's why bathroom was cold. Small step by the door was build at the time of construction. We don't have any room that are level with the lot. Sorry for your inconvenience but would have been great to notify clerk after check-in.

Great place, and will be back!
My wife and I were on our first family trip with our 15mo and were breaking up the long drive. Luckily we found Campbell's. The price was right and so was the service. Everyone working there were great. I chatted with Gary (I think that was his name) at check in and realized he had family back in the town we lived in, so it made us feel even more comfortable there. We got a room with a king-size bed and a nice litte pull out couch. Everything was clean and tidy. The heater worked well. The bathroom was clean and the shower had nice hot water and the pressure was good. Wifi was fast and free, and the icebox was cold.. Easy on/off from the highway, with lots of food/gas staions around for snacks. The neighborhood is quiet too. We felt very safe here! Great experience, and will be back the next time we're driving through!

I'm not sure what they are trying to hide but the fungicide or pesticide or miticide was so strong that I woke up with a splitting headache and sore throat. The walls were paper thin and the room was super small. Hated this place!

For the money this was a great value. Bed was good, bathroom very clean and perfect for a one night stay. Would have liked a deadbolt on the door since it is an older, outside door motel. The staff was helpful when I couldn't get the door to open. Would stay again.

Overall a great stay... would stay here again...
Based on the age of this "motel" I was quite pleased with the overall condition and tidiness. The cleaning staff was very polite and eager to accommodate us in any way they could. The shower was fantastic in our room, great water pressure and I love a hand-held shower head! I agree with other reviewers that they should add a lock inside the door that is controlled by the guest only. The way it is now, you could get walked-in on if you didn't hear the knock... not a very secure feeling... that's really my only beef...
