Casa Amalia - Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick

Discover one of the most beautiful spots in Europe. The house is situated on a wide slope above the sea, belonging to the fishing village of Sampieri. You will experience a fantastic view. Sun, sea and relaxation await you. Of course, free WiFi in and around the house.
The fully equipped holiday apartment has 120 square meters of living space. The free covered terrace with 36 square meters offers enough space and surprises with beautiful sunsets. The beach of Sampieri can be reached in just 5 minutes by car. It is a sandy, gently sloping dune beach. The beach is particularly suitable for children.
For those interested there are over 100 km of beaches for all activities, lots of culture and history of the region. The southeast of Sicily is a Unesco World Heritage Site.

Arrival: You can arrive by plane, car or train. Airport - Aeroporto Catania or Comiso Airport are the closest. You can rent a car at both airports. It is advisable to book the rental car from Germany.

Lovely home, peaceful and perfect for a family holiday
Casa Amalia is like a home from home. Only more relaxed. It is spacious with every convenience. A car is essential but some of the best parts of the Sicily are within easy reach, and some of the best beaches are just minutes away.

Gli ambienti sono spaziosi e ben organizzati ,la cucina è super attrezzata. lLe immagini sono rispondenti alla realtà, ma occorre prendere la macchina x andare al mare o a fare la spesa.Massima disponibilita' deĺl' host che ha fatto venire il tecnico x sintonizzare i canali.

Belle maison très confortable
La maison est belle, bien agencée et bien aménagée. Toutes les distances en voiture sont courtes ou raisonnables (Scicli, Sampieri et même Pozzallo et Modica). Merci pour l'accueil et la disponibilité. Merci pour la fonctionnalité et le confort de cette belle maison.

Vacanza relax
Siamo appena tornati da una settimana di vacanza in questa splendida villa. Il posto è davvero fantastico, la villa si trova in campagna quindi il silenzio è assoluto durante tutto il giorno. Abbiamo trovato tutto ben pulito e curato, non sono mai stata in una casa in vacanza con tutti questi accessori in cucina, non mancava davvero nulla, e la lavastoviglie poi, è stata un grande aiuto. La notte si è dormito davvero bene nonostante non ci siano condizionatori. La sera era sempre fresco e quando faceva caldo bastava chiudere le finestre che la casa all'interno teneva una buona temperatura. È stato facile girare paesi vicini come Scicli, Pozzallo, Ragusa ibla o Modica e a solo 5 minuti ci sono tante spiagge una più bella dell'altra. Il giardino all'esterno ci ha permesso di fare yoga al tramonto circondati dal cinguettio degli uccellini. Peccato non poterlo godere la sera perché poco illuminato, come anche il terrazzino, per cenare fuori si dovevano necessariamente accendere le candele. I due bagni (uno solo con doccia) anche in 6 ci hanno permesso di alternarci e prepararci tutti velocemente. Esperienza davvero positiva, la proprietaria Karin e la Signora che ci ha accolto delle persone a modo e disponibili

Una casa incantevole
Credo che ci sia poco da dire su questa casa. Semplicemente MERAVIGLIOSA. Una villetta tutta per noia, dove non manca assolutamente nulla, c'è persino la macchina per fare la pasta in casa. Un giardino enorme tutto per noi con un barbecue a totale disposizione, una terrazza fantastica per cenare nel silenzio più totale della campagna. Il mare? A 4 minuti!! La struttura decisamente eccellente, pulita, ordinata, curata nei dettagli. La Signora che ci ha accolto è davvero una donna meravigliosa, la proprietaria( con la quale ho avuto modo di conversare tramite mail) lo è altrettanto. Vicini a tantissimi punti d'interesse, la val di Noto e il barocco sono lì, il mare una favola. Da ripetere assolutamente!

Abbiamo soggiornato per pochi nella struttura godendo di un buon relax, tuttavia ci sono state delle situazioni un po' antipatiche. La comunicazione con la proprietaria è articolata perché non essendo italiana è necessario conoscere la lingua inglese e comunque solo via mail. La casa ha tutte le "istruzioni d'uso" in lingua tedesca (anche la TV ha 9 canali su 10 in tedesco) e abbiamo scoperto di costi aggiuntivi (il costo delle pulizie non compreso nel prezzo indicato) solo al momento del check in. Per il resto tutto nella norma.
