"Hotel bem situado, atendentes gentis mas muitas (os) despreparados para servir. Menu não mudou as opções de refeições durante toda a semana. Também é caro. Varanda sem luz (quebrada a lâmpada), quarto sem ar condicionado. Mobiliário precisa reforma. Não está a altura de estrela Michelin o restaurante de jeito nenhum. "

"The suite was clean,though dated, spacious and the views from the balcony are great. The bathroom is really nice. Unfortunately, the description misrepresented the conditions of the room. The suite is presented as two rooms, but both beds are in the same room, which was a problem for us since we are a couple with a teenage child, and we need two separate rooms. Also, the kitchen was a problem. The microwave was broken, the tea kettle was dirty. Most of all, the staff at the hotel was terrible....

"The location was in a small alpine village with stunning views. There were walks from the door and easy access to cable cars for mountain walks and lakes. The hotel was immaculate and inkeeping with local tradition. The service was excellent and staff went above and beyond, even providing us with a breakfast bag on our departure day. There is a restaurant on site which served traditional german food which again was amazing."
