"The location was in a small alpine village with stunning views. There were walks from the door and easy access to cable cars for mountain walks and lakes. The hotel was immaculate and inkeeping with local tradition. The service was excellent and staff went above and beyond, even providing us with a breakfast bag on our departure day. There is a restaurant on site which served traditional german food which again was amazing."

"We had a great stay in apartment number five, but our checkin process with the front desk at Crystal Hotel was horrible.
