"This hotel has lovely big rooms with a great restaurant and swimming pool. Breakfast was delicious. It is set in woodlands with a lake. My only criticism would be older people would fine it difficult to get in the shower as it in within a bath and you have to lift your leg over the bath sides to get in. "

"Great hotel, location and staff. Issues: - bike storage should have proper racks to give more security to cyclists. We had no issues, but i didn’t feel comfortable leaving my bike at first and you are not allowed to keep them in your room. - i think their ecofriendliness could be improved by leaving soap bars, as ours was swapped with a new one every day even though it had been hardly used."

"The hotel is amazing and service from staff is also amazing. I like how the buttons in the room control the lights. I like the surrounding area as it is so peaceful and you get a bit of nature as you walk to the nearby stations which is also a short walk away."

"The room was absolutely spotless, lovely soft towels and sheets, very tidy and clean. From the check-in to the check-out the staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was exeptional, especially the scrambled eggs and the lovely bacon. I can totally recommend a stay here. "

"First time visiting Dusseldorf and as ever you learn as you go. The welcome at the hotel was perfect. Very warm and caring. The room was great, large and extremely comfortable. Lovely lounge seating area, desk and huge bed. The shower was very high pressure and did the trick after long walks around Dusseldorf. Keep in mind this hotel, although quiet and in a very safe feeling area, is not in Dusseldorf centre. The handy 709 tram which was cheap and around a 5min walk from the hotel was how I got into the city centre. This wasn't a problem for me. But if you are looking to be in the heart of Dusseldorf, this is not it. But that aside, the hotel is an excellent standard and felt extremely comfortable and welcome throughout my 4 night stay. "
