Parking is available both on the property (2 shared spaces) and on the street. Dogs are welcome (1 pet allowed), but must be supervised at all times. Please note: Events and wild parties are not permitted, and smoking is prohibited indoors.



The apartment is on a working farm with cattle, horses, and arable farming. Tractors operate regularly on the premises. The village has 110 residents and no through traffic, making it perfect for a quiet stay. In 15 minutes, you can reach the Netherlands as well as the A44, A46, A52, and A61 motorways, allowing easy trips to Cologne, Düsseldorf, Belgium, or the Eifel region. Carriage rides can be arranged on request, offering insight into traditional village life. Upon request, a cot for children or babies can be provided in the bedroom, so up to 3 people can stay in the apartment.
