"We usually stay at the Windsor because it is very well located, has restaurants on the main floor and is usually very nice. This past time, the AC in the room didn't work and the staff said they only have two settings, one for summer and one for winter. It was so warm in the room we had to open the window just to get some cool air, it was almost too hot to sleep. Also, the shower didn't drain but the staff said they would take care of that. Other than that it was fine."
