"One of the nicest rentals we’ve utilized. Super clean in a great neighborhood. Very short drive to downtown to Kalamazoo. Everything you need is in the unit. The view out the back is very pretty. The check In information was super clear, helpful and timely. If we ever return to the area again we will stay here!"

"We visited the K-Zoo area for our grandson’s HS graduation and our annual family reunion. The location of this loft is really nice with plenty to do nearby. The pictures and description are accurate, which was helpful toward making a decision and being happy about it. The owner’s are considerate and thoughtful. "This worked out well for us.our daughter was starting med school in the area. It was very close to the medical school and the apartment we were helping our daughter move into. Had everything we needed and very clean and attractive. The only issue we had is that the dish washer leaked a bit and there was some condensation dripping from the air conditioning vent."

"The apartment was lovely, clean, well-appointed. But there was an outstanding drawback for those with mobility issues. We are seniors and found climbing the stairs outside the building treacherous, so much that we made an effort to be inside before dark. Lower level stairs were made with 1-2 inch rock and railroad ties, very unsteady. One of the railings was missing too."

"Not so easy finding a house that can comfortably accommodate 37 people with ages ranging from 8 months to 68 years but this one sure did. Very spacious with so many bedrooms and beds. Obviously the pool and hot tub were the high points but there were plenty of other things to do. Christie the manager was always on the ball to answer any questions that popped up. She was very accommodating as was Adam, the owner. We all had the greatest time."
