Big bedroom, small kitchen, nice bathroom with shower, separate bathtub, 2 sinks! Just be prepared to walk up little stairs to the 5th floor, which was a bit hard with luggage but fine after that. "Stay was okay, really just a place to sleep and cook a basic meal, no place was set up to hang out or lounge. Okay for couple with kids. Was nice to have an option to purchase snacks and drinks onsite. Vrbo states English, but all communications were in German. Close to home owner who goes to sleep at 9pm, and there is a charge for everything… sauna, extra towel, parking, bikes…so be aware. No self check in, so you will need to set a time to check in."

Hilton Heidelberg

8/10 Good

"We didn't like the first room we were given but the manager immediately gave us a different room which was much better. She was very friendly and clearly was doing her best to satisfy us. We very much appreciated her efforts."

Parkhotel Mannheim

8/10 Good

"A once fabulous hotel started to age. While things are okay, many items could be repaired or updated. Lightbulbs vibrate and hum loudly in the room. One of them was so loud that I could not dare to keep on. Else the carpets in the elevator need replacement. The bath tub ranks in the most slippery category and felt dangerous, the shower curtain refuses to move, and the tub does not drain well. Calls to reception are not being answered and staff is absent during checkout causing 15min delays."

Dorint Kongresshotel Mannheim

10/10 Excellent

"We were travelling with our dog and in the hottest weather , the air con was a mazing, the room huge and fabulous bed , very comfy. The staff were lovely. The bar was great and the gentleman who made my cocktails was brilliant. I would definitely stay here again. A short wall to a lovely park and loads of shops an restaurants. Room was spotless, bed lovely , shower amazing. I had a fridge and coffee machine."
