"The staff was so friendly across the entire stay. Everyone was fantastic! The room was clean and it was a lovely historical hotel, but the staff really went above and beyond. The only downside was that there were people outside that were on some elicit substances and there was a fight involving dogs while I was there with my two young daughters. It did make me feel rather unsafe. That is more location based, nothing against the staff or the hotel. "

"Place served our purpose as we were in town visiting our son who is in college. Kitchen could have used a few things (only 1 fork there), dish towels, coffee and a few more pots and pans. There was only one and a half rolls of toilet paper and the sheets on one bed appeared questionable. "

"Katie was very quick to respond and a very gracious host. The house is a few blocks from Providence College campus, so it was perfect for seeing my daughter. The house is also less than 10 minutes to downtown and all the other wonderful Providence attractionsThe house was very neat and tidy when we arrived and it was nice to have parking spots behind the house so we did not need to park on the street.
