We ended up booking a different hotel for this reason and this hotel still charged us the full amount without us even able to check in. This is a total scam."

"This hotel was ski on and ski off -it was about 20 mins from st Anton and the drivers very windy The room was expensive and was so small we couldn’t even open our suit case. It looked like a college dorm room . The shower didn’t stay in one place and you had to hold it to use . The breakfast was nice and the area to eat was pretty . The one very flat pillow given was terrible . "

Auch die Glastür zum Ruhebereich hilft hier nicht. Ebenfalls lief im Ruhebereich dauerhaft Musik, zwar relativ leise, aber dennoch meiner Meinung nach etwas störend. "Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"
