"Didn’t like the check-in process with no staff and available and having to use WhatsApp to communicate. Upon check-in our air conditioning unit was not working during a heat wave. We were told to wait it out. We waited eight hours and it never kicked in. We were offered another room, but it would only be available for a portion of our stay. After several hours we decided to call Expedia to book another hotel. Expedia called the owner of Toploft. The room he previously offered was now available...

"Tillbringade en natt i början av september 2025 i samband med genomresa. Inkvarteringen finns i den lilla, pittoreska orten Hüttenheim mitt i vindistriktet Franken. Värdinnan var mycket hjälpsam, rummet och frukosten utmärkta. Enda nackdelen var ett dåligt fungerande Wi-Fi. Vi återkommer gärna."
