"The hotel is older but most of it has been renovated. We just stayed one night before we went to Tirano on the train. The room was clean and the hotel was close to the train station. We dealt with a young woman on the desk in the morning and she was polite and helpful. I also thought I had left something in the room and when I phoned they were very willing to go check for it. They promptly phoned back and let me know it wasn’t there. Thankfully I found I had packed it in a different place"

"It was perfect for a one night stay after arriving by train. An easy 10 minute walk from the train station. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. I also dined at the restaurant inside of the hotel. I had a fun and lovely server. She explained and guided me on the local cuisine. I would stay again on my next trip!"
