Check-in was great very helpful. Welcome email clearly AI generated (laughably over the top!) . Laundry fees extortionate so we went with a local launderette up the road (wash and dried for about £10 in just over an hour). Hotel fees are per item not per load and would have cost over £100 with hotel!!!!"
