"Everything fine"

"Our room faced out onto the car park at the front of the hotel. The sound proofing of the windows was awful. We were woke up at 06:30 with street sweepers and hedges being clipped. Woke at 04:00 the next night with people talking loudly in the street and then with the bins being emptied. Our room was On the second floor so not as though people were right outside. Hotel really need to think about replacing the windows to make them more sound proof as hotel in an excellent location. Also no tea or coffee facilities in room which was poor. "

"The floor of our bedroom was creaky, one of our towels had a hole, poor amenities in the bedroom, only two small paper cups, instant coffee packets , no cream, the kettle was dirty and we only got one can of water for two nights (2ppl). Honestly I was disappointed. Breakfast buffet was good tho."

"We truly enjoyed our stay in Colmar here. The location was excellent - close to everything we wanted to explore, yet still comfortable and relaxing. Overall, a wonderful experience that we would happily recommend to others!"
