  • Panoramic sea views! Set in the Old Town of Scarborough, The Shelldrake is a Grade II listed Georgian beach house just 350 yards from the South Bay. You'll enjoy the far-reaching sea views, ample living space set across 4 floors, and a private enclosed south-facing rear garden.

    Please be aware that some guests may find the stairs steep (due to the 1840s Georgian design).

    Lower Ground Floor:
    Open plan with modern kitchen and dining area, induction hob with grill and fan oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher; seating area with corner sofa, and Smart TV
    Utility room with washer dryer, which leads to a private enclosed south-facing rear garden

    Ground Floor:
    Living room with decorative period fireplace, sofa ,and chair
    Snug with sofa and Smart TV

    First Floor:
    Master bedroom with super king bed
    Spacious bathroom with period cast iron roll top bath with rain shower, sink, and toilet

    Second Floor:
    Bedroom 2 with double bed and panoramic sea views
    Bedroom 3 with two single beds

    On-street parking (permit provided for one car). Free Wi-Fi; gas central heating, and linens/towels also included. No smoking. No pets.
