"Staff was nice"

"Room is very basic. Shower doesn’t have a door, bathroom is small so entire floor gets wet after a shower making bathroom use difficult"

"Reception was nice and clean and staff were welcoming. I didn’t get the 20% voucher on check in so had to chase that the following day. The room was okay, but the rug didn’t look like it was very clean. Breakfast is served on the second floor but when we stayed (over Easter weekend) there were a lot of families with children so very busy. I booked this hotel as it mentioned catering for coeliacs but there were very limited options. The hot section had mixed beans and some small breaded tater tots which is limited for hot breakfast. The room doesn’t come with complimentary water which is not great for those who travelled from further away. All in all, I’d say this is an average three star hotel in a quiet area."

"It was an interesting concept, cosy hotel with helpful staff. Location was great, close to everything. Even though I get the eco-friendly concept they have, toilet paper felt like sand paper. The view at the pool and sauna experience was good. however paying for accessing the pool was a little bit too much."
