Casa Markel is beautifully situated on a hillside in Sayulita and offers a stunning panoramic ocean view. It features HIGH-SPEED INTERNET, private parking spaces, and the best ocean view right from your living room and dining room. There may be some noise from my neighbor’s construction, which is why we’re offering this property at a lower price.

The space
This house has magnificent views of the ocean, the jungle, and the town. The house has three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with ocean views. There is a private living room and a terrace connected to the master bedroom. Two single beds are located in this open-concept living room. This area is not locked. One double bed can be moved into the master bedroom upon request; the other is stationary.
The other two bedrooms are on the main floor. They have queen-size beds, and each has a private bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The living room features an open-concept layout. There is a barbecue area next to the kitchen.
On the ground floor, there is a relaxing paddling pool. Ideal for children of all ages. Other features include Internet access and off-street parking for vehicles.
The house is located on a hilltop within walking distance of town and the beach. Golf carts are a great way to get around. Ask our manager, Ramon, for information about rentals.
We can arrange to pick you up at the airport, cook meals for you, and organise sightseeing trips and golf cart rentals. The house will be ready when you arrive.
