CASA SORPRESA, A Romantic, enchanting Spanish Hacienda extremely private, behind gates.
Pool with waterfall surrounded by lush greenery and large fountain. Beautiful hand carved Cantera Stone Columns.
Two Air-conditioned bedrooms with Queen beds and a large day-bed in each room. In-suite private baths in bedrooms and one outside bath by the pool.
The house is tastefully decorated with Hand Made local wood Mexican furnishings. It has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen.
A truly Magical Private Hide Away!

Only a 3 minute walk to the ocean and 7 minute walk to the center of town. Maid service, pool man, and gardener included. Private cook available on request. Wonderful restaurants located in walking distance.

This was the perfect place for us in Sayulita. We stayed 4 nights in October. The pool was a refreshing escape after excursion filled days. It was an easy walk into the center of town. Rene is a great host who helped coordinate our transportation to/from the airport.

We stayed for 5 nights in March and would definitely come back. The location is amazing and the outdoor space is incredible. Both bedrooms are large. Only down side is pool is not heated, but that was entirely expected.

Perfect Oasis

Beautiful and comfortable property in an easy location close to the beach and plaza. Bedrooms are roomy and beds are comfortable. Refreshing pool whose cascading waterfall provided a sound barrier to some of the town noise. Lovely areas front and back to relax in.

Oasis in Sayulita

A wonderful, tranquil oasis that is removed from, and yet an easy walk to, the tourist-filled town center and the beach. The residence is set back from the street and is very quiet and private with charming hacienda decor. The host was wonderful to work with. I can't imagine staying anywhere elae in Sayulita.

GREAT PLACE!

Our group throughly enjoyed our stay. The outdoor living space and pool was well used after the beach which is a few blocks away. The bedrooms had great AC which made sleeping comfortable. The location is perfect as it's quiet and just outside of the main town. We had a fabulous meal prepared by a private chef and highly recommend. We would stay here again!

Loved this little casa, so cute and perfect for 2 couples. 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and outdoor living & dining. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Our host set up our shuttle & golf cart rental & was so quick to respond when I had a question. Would definitely stay here again.

lovely outdoor spaces

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The outdoor garden, pool, and living area are a wonderful retreat, feeling hidden away yet still in a quite central location in town. We had some challenges with people blocking the driveway, making it hard to get out, which we ended up working around by parking the golf cart outside and running the cord under the fence to recharge. Rene was super friendly and helpful before and throughout our stay. We loved it here!

Beautiful comfortable and well appointed casa. The place had a stunning private garden and pool and a two minute walk to the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the a/c was perfect. The decoration in and outside the house couple with the vibrant colors added to the ambiance. The host Rene was easy to work with and arranged for car service to/from airport. North end Hacienda

Property is exactly as listed. Front gate opens up to a large courtyard and pool. Courtyard is furnished for dining and relaxing. Interior of the home is basic, but roomy and clean. There is a back patio, although we never used it. Beds are comfy. We couldnt get the TV to work, but that turned out to be a good thing. Location could not be better. Walk to beach 3 mins. Downtown 5 mins. I would stay again

Beautiful house and perfect location!!

The accommodations were excellent. Rene was SO helpful and the location is perfect!! We really enjoyed the pool as it was quite hot!! Some days we just hung at the house. The only advice I would give is that if you opt to have a private shuttle arranged for you, tip each way separately. We had to pay for the round trip shuttle up front and were under the impression we were going to have the same shuttle for the return trip to the airport based on what the shuttle driver told us when he dropped us off at our accommodations so we also included tip but had a different driver back so tipped again. No biggie, just something to have in mind. The town is amazing, beach is beautiful. We loved it ❤️

Beautiful real deal Mexican home

This property could not be in a better location. The Northside is a bit quieter than central Sayulita and access to the beach is just a 3 min walk down the street. If you’re looking to be in more of a ‘party zone’, this may not be for you. If you’re looking for privacy, this property is unique as the house is behind a large iron gate which keeps out all the activity and most of the traffic noise. Courtyard is stunning! We spent most of our time relaxing in the ‘outdoor living room’ on the comfortable couch and chairs. Kitchen is well equipped but dated, as are the baths. (Hence 4 stars overall) We would recommend the Northside Cafe right next door and across the street is ‘Stogies’ - a neat little speakeasy style drinking establishment. Also, Chewbacca for quick grocery purchases and Whale watching with La Orca. Property manager was extremely responsive.

Great stay but be mindful of the extra charge

We enjoyed our stay in Sayulita. The home was perfectly situation and just what our family needed. The only unfortunate aspect to this listing is we were charged $100 for an extra guest under host fees though we only had six guests. I spoke to VRBO about it who said it was a host charge and when I brought it to the host's attention, he ignored my request to refund us the $100.00. That was the only unfortunate aspect to our stay. That and the coffee filter was never cleaned and full of mold but we fixed that by just going next door to the cafe for our morning coffee.

The perfect location and amenities for our honeymoon. Even during the slow season, the neighborhood was walkable and very fun. An inexpensive golf cart rental opened up the rest of the town.

Perfect location!

This place was walkable to everything (no hills, no golf cart necessary) and the host was fantastic! Check in was easy and the private pool was an absolute must for the heat (we visited in June so it was still very humid). Great kitchen and plenty of outdoor space to relax with the kids. Would definitely stay here again!
