Located in the front hills above the Costa del Sol, the finca and the surrounding paradise with the 10 x 4 m pool and the typical garden create the basis for your very private holiday idyll. The view of the mountains and sea, the large pool terrace, the shady palm trees on the property, the well-kept garden with u. a. Lemon and avocado trees, outdoor shower, outdoor grill and the sun-protected seats under the vines and awning guarantee Mediterranean relaxation. At your feet is the coastline from Torrox to the east via Torre del Mar to Torremolinos and Gibraltar to the west, an unforgettable sight both day and night. In the north-east direction, the foothills of the Sierra Nevada offer a magnificent mountain panorama.

From the terrace you can enjoy the sun's hike from sunrise to sunset. Statistically speaking, Sayalonga has around 320 days of sunshine a year. The southern exposure of the entire property ensures sunshine all day long. The palm trees, the extendable awning and the vine arbor provide shade.

The tastefully and modernly furnished house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large living / dining room, glazed fireplace room, TV and free WiFi, sauna, 3 air conditioning units and gas central heating has all amenities. A garage and parking spaces on the large, fenced property are available for your cars. A washing machine is available.

The house is ideal for undisturbed peaceful and joyful vacation days by the large pool and as a starting point for various excursions and activities in the near and far. Even in the colder seasons, the existing sauna and gas central heating as well as the glazed fireplace room with a view of the palm trees, mountains and sea make it ideal for relaxation and as a cozy holiday home.
The property stands alone without any immediate neighboring buildings and has spacious terraces and a large courtyard. It is fenced towards the street by a white wall and a closed Andalusian-style gate. There are no streets or other noise in the Campo. The mix of sea and mountain air is pure and refreshing. You enjoy undisturbed privacy and absolute peace.

The old palm trees on the property convey the Spanish way of life. Once you take your first laps in the pool under the palm trees and enjoy the rustling of the palm fronds, the holiday feeling and the relaxation you are looking for will immediately set in.

The outdoor grill with the outdoor kitchen and the existing gas stove invite you to indulgent cooking events, for which the existing regional products offer a unique basis. Fish, crustaceans, meat and vegetables from the local dealers in combination with the locally pressed olive oil offer a great taste experience. "Organic" and "homegrown" are not just empty advertising phrases here. The tomatoes from the small grocery stores in Sayalonga set new standards. With lemons and avocados - according to the season - from your own tree on the property and grapes from your own vines, you can take care of yourself when the season is.
In terms of culinary aspects, it should also be mentioned that wine is grown throughout the region. In Sayalonga itself you can buy the wine typical of the region from the producer. Otherwise you will find excellent wines with an exceptional price / performance ratio in the numerous supermarkets and shops.

Particularly worth seeing are the traces of the Moorish past, which you can find in many places in the surrounding mountain villages. The restaurants in the region also still offer Moorish specialties. Otherwise there is the typical Spanish cuisine with many fresh products.

The house itself is of special value. All rooms and bathrooms, like the entire property, are very spacious and flooded with light. Contemporary images paired with modern but also country-typical furniture create a special feel-good atmosphere. You will also see from the interior that you are in a holiday home that the landlord has set up as if he were living there himself.

The outdoor area consists of a large courtyard, pool terrace and garden. A variety of seating options on the property always offer new views and their own flair, also due to the running of the sun. Enjoy the first cup of coffee under palm trees in the morning, a cool glass of wine at noon in the shade of the vine arbor and in the evening the sundowner on the pool terrace with a view of the brightly lit coastal towns and the spotlights of the fishing boats. Like the entire area, the property offers a wide variety of perspectives. Just as the view extends to mountains, valleys, the sea and coastal towns, you will also find different areas and spaces on the property to indulge in their respective mood. This is garnished by never losing sight of the sun from sunrise to sunset. In any case, we still cannot decide from where and at what time in which direction the view and the stay are most beautiful. Every day and every point of view offer completely different impressions. Rejoice - you can not get enough of it.

Lovely Villa
Had a great time with friends, Lovely Villa with great communication from owner. Only thing I can say is driving to the villa, because of its remote location in the mountains can take a while to get to, and if you have a large vehicle like a van then the twisting turning roads can be a little daunting. Other than that its perfect in any other way

We really enjoyed our stay at Martin’s home. He was responsive and informative with all questions. It is a little bit of a drive from the coast on some narrow roads, but the views, home, amenities are all worth it. Would definitely come back to this home if in the area again. Thanks!

Beautiful and spacious property with stunning views from terrace and pool.
We had a fantastic stay here as two couples with 15 month old babies. Although not a 'baby proof' property due to open pool etc we found it was fine for them as long as you kept an eye on them. Only downside for some would be the twisty mountain drive up to the property which has some steep edges, but we found that after driving it once or twice it was fine. Would recommend to sun worshippers and families with older kids in particular as the pool is great fun and there's lots of space to run around.

Nice villa, shame about the drive up to it!
What would have been a lovely holiday at this nice villa was overshadowed by the very scary drive up to, and down from it. This rough single width track is 4.5km from Sayalonga (not 2km as stated) along the most frightening route I have ever driven upon. I will say that once you get there, the views are great, and the pool is excellent. It is way too far to walk into the village, so we were disappointed not to be able to go out or come back after dark as the track was too dangerous for us. I should also mention that the villa is not safe for small children as there are unguarded steep or even shear drops.

Magnificent view
We chose the house for its magnificent view over the sea and the mountains and its large pool. We were not disappointed. The house is neat and large.Its wifi fast. The road up to the house is a bit challenging, not for the faint- hearted.A good place to enjoy the sun.

Great surroundings and a fantastic view
We really enjoyed our stay. Photos is exactly what you get - and that is very nice and quiet surroundings. The house is spacious and includes what you need for your day-to-day life, cooking, swimming etc. Some guests have mentioned the road to the house as a bit of a disadvantage - that we do not see as a problem. If you want a great view and quiet surroundings some drinking up and down is to be expected, and it is not a problem. Our full recommendation including fast and specific correspondence with the owner.

Ohne viel Worte, einfach toll :-)
Eine sehr schöne Finca, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Pool ist toll und hat eine gute Größe. Das beste für uns war aber die traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer und die tollen Hügel. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist schon etwas holprig aber ganz normal in der Gegend und mit jedem Fahrzeug befahrbar. Dafür gibt es eben die tolle Aussicht als Belohnung. Der Ort ist knapp 2km entfernt, hier gibt es tolle Restaurants und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Aussicht
Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit einem traumhaften Meer- Bergblick. Der Außenbereich mit den zahlreichen Palmen ist wunderschön. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Klimaanlagen haben auch gut funktioniert. Der Pool ist groß und hat durchgehend die gleiche Tiefe. Er ist nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet. Mit 1,80 m Körpergröße kann man noch auf Zehenspitzen stehen. Die Küchenschränke sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine kleine Auffrischung brauchen. Ein Minus ist die Anfahrt zum Objekt. Die sehr schmalen Straßen oder eher Wege, sind auf Teilen der Strecke unbefestigt. Für Leute mit Höhenangst sind die Wege nichts. Da gehts neben dem Weg schon mal ein paar Meterchen in die Tiefe. Die Einheimischen mögen sich daran gewöhnt haben aber als Tourist sind die Wege nervig. Da fährt man nicht nochmal in den Supermarkt wenn man was vergessen hat. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub. Frau Struve hat sich auch sofort um alles gekümmert. Vielen Dank nochmal.

Tolles Haus in traumhafter Lage
Das Haus liegt sehr schön, ruhig und mit einem tollen Blick. Die Zimmer geräumig, Küche gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist schön groß und war ebenfalls bei Ankunft sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt viele auch schattige Plätzchen, drinnen und draußen. Das einzige, was ich ändern würde. Ich würde die Mauer um den Pool, die leider die tolle Aussicht komplett verdeckt, durch etwas durchsichtigeres (Glas, Stabgeländer etc.) ersetzen. Dann könnte man auch im sitzen und im Pool die tolle Aussicht immer genießen. Aber das ist auch alles. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Haus und einer tollen Lage.

Wunderbare, vom Trubel enfernte Lage. Geräumiges Haus, tolles Schwimmbad.
Entsprechend etwas mühsame Zufahrt. Es lohnt sich unbedingt, sich vorgängig mit Lebensmittel etc. einzudecken. Etwas irritierend war es für uns, dass der basale Stromverbrauch (Kühlschrank, Umwälzpumpe, Bewässerungsanlage) extra verrechnet wird.

Das Objekt die Ferienwohnung, war sehr schön am meisten der Pool. Die Lage von der Unterkunft war sehr schwer zu erreichen, vorallem mit einem Mietwagen nicht zu empflehen. Da die "Straßen" waren sehr schwer zu befahren vorallem für Fahranfänger. Im Großen und Ganzen würde ich 3 von 5 Sterne geben, da die Straßen oder die Wege zur Unterkunft waren teilweise unbefestigt. Die Sauberkeit war vorhanden und sehr gut sogar. Die Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten am Haus waren vorhanden z.B. Brettspiele oder ein Fernseher fürn Filmabend. Man kann es empfehlen wenn man ein guter Fahrer ist! Vielen dank

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser Landhausvilla verlebt. Es war oft schwer zu entscheiden, ob wir etwas unternehmen oder einfach das herrliche Haus mit all seinen Annehmlichkeiten genießen. Die Anfahrt war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber nachdem "Straßenarbeiten" stattgefunden hatten, war es einfacher zu bewältigen. Das Wetter war optimal für unseren Reisezeitraum und so konnten wir sogar noch grillen, am Pool liegen und Sonne tanken. Einmal war die Sicht klar und wir haben bis nach Afrika schauen können. Wir verreisen oft und haben schon die unterschiedlichsten Ferienhäuser gebucht. Diese Villa kommt auf alle Fälle auf unsere Bestenliste. Hier hat einfach alles gepasst. Die schnelle Bearbeitungszeit des Eigentümers und schon im Voraus viele Infos und Tipps von ihm, eine rundum zuverlässige Betreuung vorort, die Lage und Ruhe des Hauses, seine Ausstattung und was uns sehr wichtig ist, die Sauberkeit. Sowohl innen als auch außen war alles in einem super sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Der Abschied fiel uns dann doch etwas schwer, aber nach dem Urlaub ist ja bekanntlich vor dem Urlaub. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, die wir hier verbringen durften. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Tolle Woche in einem wunderschönen Haus in genialer Lage
Wir durften eine schöne Woche -leider hat das Wetter Mitte September etwas Kapriolen geschlagen- in einem sehr komfortablen Haus verbringen, das alle Angenehmlichkeiten bietet, die man sich wünscht. Es gilt eine etwas abenteuerliche Anfahrt zu meistern, die allerdings entschädigt wird durch die Ruhe und den einmaligen Blick in die Ferne. Mit dem Vermieter kann man bei Bedarf per Whatsapp Kontakt halten und bekommt sehr schnell Antwort, was wir als sehr hilfreich empfanden. Tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurantbesuche runden das sehr positive Bild ab. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Sehr schöne, sehr ruhige Lage ab von Stadt und Dorf - toll
Sehr ordentlichens Objekt mit toller Aussicht und guter Ausstatung. Es ist mit Blick auf Meer, sehr ruhig und nur 5 min ins Dorf mit dem Auto. Der Pool ist sauber und alles gut gepflegt. Wer Ruhe mag ist hier richtig.

Wuivende palmen en zeezicht.
Mooie, grote en comfortabele vakantiewoning met prachtig uitzicht op de zee en mooie palmen. Het was wel koud en het duurde voordat het huis een beetje warm werd. Het zou goed zijn als de eigenaar wat meer informatie zou neerleggen of opsturen over waar de verwarming zit, hoe deze aangaat, en de boiler, reservelampen, telefoonnummers van dokter, ziekenhuis en brandweer. Ook een waterkoker en magnetron en een dweil zou goed zijn. Maar we hebben zeer genoten tijdens ons verblijf in januari.
