"Disgusting. Burn marks on the dresser, crooked/slanted mattress, luke warm water, flies coming out the sink and spiders on the ceiling, water doesn't drain and mold in the bathroom everywhere. I stayed one night and requested a refund for the second night as I was not staying there"

"Even though the property welcome pets and the pet fee was cheap. I now understand why. This place is more of a motel or apartment style place where people actually are living there! On top we asked for non smoking our paperwork stated non smoking traveling with small children- yet there are people smoking right in the hallways by the entrance to their rooms. The room we stayed in was not clean at all. Cobwebs everywhere, dirt all over the floor from not being cleaned, bathroom was never cleaned, duct tape on the pipes, rust everywhere there was metal, even found a piercing on the floor of the bathroom from it not being cleaned Becuase where there was dirt in a spider making home and around the toilet seat, the seal was lifted with mold, brown, yellow, all around it (eww) mold in the bathroom and in the room painted over or not. housekeeping came by gave us toiletries. The soap bottles were open and half used. In the middle of the night three times I heard our door tried to be opened with key and the knob. Needless to say, I didn’t get any sleep while my children got some. In our room smelled like completely of cigarette and marijuana, which we were not smoking either. Will not be staying ever again!!"

"I had a great stay at this Ft. Lauderdale VRBO! The room was very clean and nicely tucked away in the back, which made it feel quiet and private. There were plenty of towels provided, which was a nice touch. The space itself was super cute—perfect for a couple’s getaway or even a comfortable solo stay. I would definitely consider staying here again!"

"Our first room was covered in mold, the hallway and room smelled strong of cigarettes and mold, and the room looked nothing like in the pictures. I talked to front desk and she seemed to have no knowledge of the addition they originally put us in and acted like she knew nothing about the smell, how the rooms looked, the mold, etc. They sgreed to move us but did not have a room big enough for all of us so one of my children slept on cushions on the floor. We were told they would have a room to fit us the next day. We waited around until 11am instead of going out and enjoying our vacation. I finally told them we just wanted to leave and to cancel the rest of our reservation. She did and gave us a SMALL discount on the first night. When we left the elevator was broken and we had to carry everything down four flights of stairs. We left and went to the Hyatt, it was a much better experience for not much more money."

"Decent Hotel from the Marriott family. Good location that is not in the ghetto. Safe environment surrounding the hotel. Close to the mall and several food options. "

"We had 3 families come down to stay over Spring Break & the location was perfect for our setup. We had 3 pre-teen girls & a 3 year old boy and they loved the pool, hot-tub, movie theater, basketball court, tennis court etc. This was a perfect set up for a multi-family vacation! "
