"IF we could get past the disgusting windows; IF we could get past the hallway that smelled like a dirty locker room; IF we could past the fact we were charged $40 for early check in and paying for WiFi; IF we could get past the disrepair of the room with respect to the headboard and drapes; IF we could get past the fact the breakfast food was almost non existent (2 yougurt cups, white bread only, no fruit…) and IF we could get past the pool that had more leaves in it than the surrounding trees…. We could NOT get past the rude, disrespectful and “take it or leave it” attitude of DC, the front desk person. We knew we were early and her attitude was nothing less than dismissive and down right off putting! IF we could have gotten another hotel room someplace else, we would have!!! So all this to say… DO NOT stay here!!"

"Food in fridge, dirty microwave, dead bugs and mold in the window corner and rusty lamp. I would have liked an info sheet about nearby services or hotel amenities like food. I didn’t like the kiosk thing."

"Yes rooms were very clean, rooms are recently renovated. Staff was very helpful gym and laundry, clean and well equipped. I would highly recommend staying at Marriott TownePlace. "

"El cuarto re ía un fuerte olor a Marihuana, pero como estábamos en duda no lo notificamos. Al día siguiente notamos una toalla cubriendo el detector de incendio aparentemente que alguien quiso disimular el olor a humo, pudimos tener un fuego y no darnos cuenta. La bañera era desagradable y la puerta del cuarto estaba dañada. Solicitamos toallas que nunca llegaron y tuvimos wue cogerlas de un carrito que había en el pasillo. El desayuno fue muy bueno"

"Check in was horrible. This resort does not make check in easy for the disabled. We checked in around 2pm and was given our parking pass and was told to call around 4pm to see if our unit was ready. I called at 4 and was told the unit was not ready. We drove back to the registration office to retrieve our keys and there was a very long line to get the keys. Being disabled, I couldn’t stand to long so I asked two staff members separately for a chair to sit in while in line. I was told no by both. When I told the young woman staff member that I wouldn’t last 5 minutes and would collapse on the floor. She LAUGHED at me. I gave up and found a seat on a low seating sofa. I asked 2 people in line to please hold my spot so I could sit down. I finally was able to get my keys about 5;10. This is so unacceptable."
