"We were so thankful for the bellman on duty Saturday morning who was very helpful in explaining get a bus card and what bus lines to look for. Our first night we had dinner in Raphael’s and the French Onion soup was delicious. The room was really hot when we arrived and we had to open the windows to cool it down because the room unit didn’t have a hot/cold option. By the end of our stay the unit was blowing cold air but not very strong so we ended up keeping the windows open the whole trip. It wasn’t so bad except when emergency vehicles were near by at night. "

"You get what you pay for! Great price and location plus very nice staff and newly remodeled. But they don’t apparently have everything ready; 1. No ice machine even though they have ice buckets in the room 2. A closet to hang clothes, but no bar or shelf to allow you to do that. 3. Hit water just warm and weak stream. 4. Zero rooms ready to use at the 3:00 pm check-in time. I can’t explain that. 5. No bkfst at all. Yes, that was in their amenities list, but for that price you should get something."

"Breakfast was awesome and the staff did an amazing job keeping it stocked on a busy weekend. The only complaint I have is outside the hotel's control. The attached parking is a public parking garage that is very tight and fills up fast when there are events in town. The hotel doesn't own the lot so they aren't able to reserve it just for hotel guests. The room was perfect and everything was clean and tidy. We would come back! Front desk staff were also very helpful!"

"Place was nice as always. We always go for a convention. Room was newly renovated. Trhe bathroom light wouldnt stay on though. It was on a timer and if you were in the shower it would just click off and youd be lift in darkness. Staff was okay for the most part besides the bell hop. Husband tried to get a trolley for our stuff, found an empty one and we grabbed it and the staff was extremely rude. Told my husband he couldnt just grab things and to put it back and said he "needed to go talk to that guy if he wanted help." My husband asked where and he pointed outside, which confused us. It was busy so the man walked away. To uncomfortable to possible bother someone and get yelled at again in a busy hotel, we just made 2 trips from our car to the hotel room. Definitely didnt need to be as rude as he was and most certainly saw that we were confused and uncomfortable, he didnt stick around to explain. We stayed away from stagg after that for the trip. "

"The atmosphere at Sophy | Messler in the mornings is vastly different from the evenings. Sophy is a great hotel for an evening of posh and pampering in an immaculately prepared guest room. Messler’s Chicken and Waffles is the pinnacle of perfection! Though every in of the place is beautifully curated, the evenings in the lounge are a bit loud for my taste. Nevertheless, I would give my stay at Sophy and my dining experience at Messler’s a solid 10/10."

"This condo is an absolute gem! My husband and our friends were looking for a place to stay for the C2E2 convention at McCormick Center, and not only was this place the perfect location, but it is one of the most beautiful and cozy properties we have ever stayed at! The beds were so comfy we didn’t want to get up in the morning, it’s spacious and very private and the area was so quiet and peaceful! Beautiful kitchen and the place was stocked with everything we needed. The host was so incredibly welcoming and accommodating! Everyone was fighting over the massage chair haha! Plenty of parking right in front of the property too! We can’t wait to go back next year! "

"Great location! Close to all the areas we wanted to visit. Outdoor area was nice, would be even better in warmer months. My daughter loved playing with the basketball (a small goal would be a nice addition!) We had hoped to use the hot tub as the temps were mid-60's on our first day, but with it being March the hot tub area had not yet been readied for the season. We loved the upper balcony. Garage parking was a huge plus! Location felt safe. Good communication from the hosts. Floors were kind of dirty, but overall the unit was clean. We would stay at this location again!"
