Perla Marina Savona Apartment with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Perla Marina is located in Savona on Via Ponchielli, just a few meters from the sea. The apartment is on the second floor of a building with an elevator and has been recently renovated. Please note that the apartment receives limited direct sunlight, making it naturally cool and comfortable—particularly appreciated during the warmer months. It features an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven, toaster, and coffee machine. The sleeping area offers a double bedroom, a room with two single beds, and a single bed that can be converted into a double. The bathroom includes a washing machine, and there is a balcony with sea view. Outside the apartment, a small terrace is available for drying beach towels.



Towels, bed linen (except for the cot), and a welcome kit with tea are provided for your comfort. The apartment is in the Fornaci area, steps from public and private beaches, and close to restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies. Public transport is easily accessible: bus stops are nearby, the train station is about a 10-minute walk, and paid public parking can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The historic center and Savona port are a 10-minute walk away.



Free street parking is generally available but not guaranteed, especially in high season. A reserved parking space near the property with an automatic barrier is available on request for an extra fee.



Please note that municipal waste collection takes place every other night. Some general city noise is also audible, as is typical in a lively urban area.
