"The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble for them. The location was very convenient, being close to the bus station, which made getting around easy. My room was spotlessly clean and well maintained throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to others. Only negative was there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. This was easily resolved once I asked for a kettle etc but I didn't need to get fresh...
