"Initially, I thought this hotel looked pretty good based on the pictures online, but the reality was completely different. During check-in, I was given two different room keys, but when I entered the room, I found bags already inside. Later I came to know that the room was actually already assigned to someone else who was staying there, and they had stepped out leaving their belongings behind. This was extremely uncomfortable and raised serious security and safety concerns. When I went back to the front desk, the lady was unable to find the room type I booked and became frustrated and rude instead of handling the situation professionally. While I was speaking with Hotels.com support to resolve the issue, she made a very disrespectful comment saying something like “compensate these guys and ask them to leave the property right away.” I have never experienced this kind of unprofessional behavior at any hotel before. Overall, it was a very stressful experience and I would not recommend staying here."

"The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the staff were friendly and professional. The room itself was dirty. The sheets had hair on them and the bathroom also had hair on the shower walls. The carpet had not been vacuumed and the floors were dirty. "

"The deposit never returned to my account. I booked my reservation online, and during check in i paid 107 dollars for the deposit. After a proper checkout and being told 3-10 days itll return, it didnt. I called to ensure there werent any problems with the room and that the funds were released 2 weeks after not seeing the funds. They ensured the room was fine and the funds were released. To this day i dont have the funds and they blamed my bank. My bank hasnt seen or recovered the funds. "

"The hotel overall could use a good deep cleaning, the staff was friendly and nice, breakfast was fresh and good. No exhaust fan for the bathroom. When we parked to check in there was not anything with a sign lighting up to specify front of building or lobby (after dark). The exterior side door to the stairs slams extremely hard. Not the worst hotel i had stayed in, but also not the best. "

"Room was Very outdated and tired. Beds were old, uncomfortable and noisy. Bathroom was not the cleanest. The toilet was tricky to flush. Shower would run hot and then cold. One day it was all cold. Other guests were very disruptive and were partying and screaming in the hallways until 4 am. Even the front desk made a joke about all the noise all night long. Based on the price and the luxury label, our stay was a huge disappointment."
