About this property
William Parker House - Garden Level on Warren Square
Welcome to the Garden Level at the William Parker House, a beautifully restored ground‑floor residence facing Warren Square—one of three squares added in 1791 when Savannah expanded beyond its original Oglethorpe Plan. The square honors a Revolutionary War hero who fell at the Battle of Bunker Hill and the home was built in 1806 for Dr. William Parker, a founding member of the Georgia Medical Society and trustee of the Bethesda Orphanage. Showcasing original architectural elements including exposed brick, wood ceiling beams, and heart pine floors alongside thoughtful contemporary updates, this home is the perfect blend of early American history and modern comfort.

This unit is only a block from the riverfront area and 2 blocks from the Market squarewalking distance to great bars and local restaurants, The unit was spotless and the photos are accurate.
Everything was great! An amazing getaway spot in Savannah. The check in process was smooth. A parking pass was included for the garage right across the street, which was amazing. Don’t miss a trip to Abe’s on Lincoln which is right next door.
