"The unit and neighborhood were amazing. A few items affected my family's stay, however, that left me regretting my choice. We stayed in the downstairs unit and arrived at 4 pm for check in. The people renting the upstairs unit had already claimed and occupied the front porch for the evening. 2 problems with this, one, the curtains in the downstairs living room are sheer so after dark it was like being in a fish bowl and two, they were in party mode for the night which meant people going up and...

"The proximity to the river front was great for the price! 5-10 min drive from everywhere we wanted to go, and parking was free and easy. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, but the kitchen and the bathroom are very tiny. I do wish the listing would have clarified this was an upstairs rental in the duplex, and the hosts need to do a better job of communicating and responding to messages. It’s a great option for staying close to the city life, but way more affordable!"
