Anniversary Get Away

Enjoyed the property and location… great area for walking to parks (squares) and local restaurants. Quiet for the most part… very relaxing atmosphere. Loved the room and set up!

Anniversary Trip! Great getaway spot

Our studio was perfect to stay in for the weekend- close to downtown but still very quiet. It was very clean and came well stocked! Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot in Savannah. About 20 minute walk from apartment to downtown river street. Easy communication & check in. Also, super clean with all the amenities. Would stay again!

St. Patrick’s weekend was a blast

Location of this property was perfectly located in the historic district. It served everything we needed, including location to walk a short distance to the parade. What a wonderful space and a wonderful time!

Quick getaway

Absolutely loved our stay. The unit was beautiful with a small patio that was completely secluded. The host actually showed up as we were checking in to install a picture in the bathroom and gave us a GREAT food suggestion! My only suggestion would be possibly a broom. I clean for a living and wish I could’ve swept before we left.

Location, Location, Location. You could walk everywhere. Quaint place, in the historic area of Savannah. Parks at almost every other corner,with the most beautiful Architectural buildings and homes. While walking might only take 8 minutes to be somewhere, sometimes it would take us 45 because we we looking at everything. Probably the most beautiful historic city we have ever been to. Your place was so spacious for a studio...the rooms were divided so it didn't feel like a studio. Plenty of seating and a fabulously comfortable bed.Beautiful modern and fully stocked kitchen. Bath with extra towels, a beautiful patio off the kitchen,great for your morning coffee. Absolutely loved your place. We will be definitely returning to your place in future trips to Savannah. Lovely but lacking.

Pros - The place was lovely. Great location and surprisingly quiet since it’s on a very busy street. Bed was comfy. Safe neighborhood. Cons - No iron and ironing board which I specifically asked about PRIOR to renting. Basics in kitchen. 3 bottles of water in fridge only. No salt, pepper, spices to cook with. Had a coffee pot (not a Keurig) but the pods provided were not the proper size for the coffee pot. Most disappointing thing was that I tried to contact the host to see if we could check in 30 minutes early and received no response. Parking was challenging. Not a lot available on the street. I contacted the host again to see if we could use the vacant garage. Again, no response.

Great stay

This rental was perfect for me. Clean, nicely furnished, comfy bed, great location. I was only in town for a few days and mostly ate out, so I didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed pretty well equipped. It’s a garden apartment, which means few windows, but it was well-lit so it didn’t feel like a dungeon. The property manager was responsive to messages. My two minor complaints are: I confirmed in advance that there would be an iron and an ironing board. Neither of which were there, so I walked around in wrinkled clothes. Not the end of the world. The other issue is that the shades are light filtering, not light blocking, so you could see through them. The alleyway between the homes seemed private, but it was a little unsettling that someone could see inside at night. These blinds also allowed the porch light on the house across the street to beam onto my pillow and into my eyes while trying to sleep. My remedy was to hang a towel over the offending window (there were nails in the trim, thankfully) so issue resolved. I will likely stay here again as the location was perfect for visiting my SCAD student.

A great little spot near forysth park. Very clean, no smells, no bugs or weird hairs,has all the basics. Pros- you can walk to so much- about a 0.25 mile from Forysth park. Near cute eateries. Addressing some of the other reviews. No, there isnt an iron or ironing board. Yes, the water pressure in the shower is oddly low and does require a longer rinse time. But there are plenty of soaps and hot water to offset. Yes, the tv is small especially with how cheap they are these days. There are 3 windows, that are darker but plenty of indoor lighting. Privacy is not a concern. Parking is street parking and very limited directly in front. But you can easily find free street parking within 1-2 blocks. There is an upstairs tenant that does make noise walking around. First night this was of normal waking hrs and not an issue. Second night it was throughout the later evening and into the night being disruptive to sleep. AC excellent but noisy when on. Did not have great communication with rental property- texted with a reply. Called and never got a call back despite being informed we would receive one.

My siblings and I purchased this trip for our parents for Christmas and it was a perfect trip for them!! They loved the layout of the space and enjoyed being centrally located to most everything they did! This space is perfect for a quick little getaway!!

This place was perfect.The neighborhood was quiet, friendly, respectful. The location was very convenient and had several walking-distance coffee and brunch spots. The interior was so very cozy, I slept wonderfully.The host was quick to respond and very helpful and courteous.I already can't wait to stay here again when I return to Savannah to do a proper experience of the town without a busy wedding schedule. Highly recommend.
