Located off of the beaten path and within walking distance to essentially everything the Historic District offers, Rue Garden is an inviting and charming rental for your Savannah stay. Stepping into the living space, guests have an ample amount of plush seating, where they can gather together at the end of the day and catch up on their favorite shows. The living room sofa also converts into a queen sleeper sofa for additional accommodations.

At the back of the home, boasting with natural light from your windows that overlook the courtyard, step right into the fully equipped kitchen. The elevated, and spacious kitchen features all of the modern conveniences one could wish for. You'll have everything you need during your stay, which makes this an exceptionally convenient spot to call home… even just for a few days!

Tucked away, the Queen-sized bedroom features a calming, neutral palette and with a ensuite bathroom. The beautiful ensuite bath features a pedestal sink, plus a spacious shower/tub combination.

Guests are only a short walking distance away from Columbia Square, The Riverfront, City Market, and most of downtown's shopping and dining options!

What is parking like for this home?
This unit has one private parking space behind the home. All additional parking can be found on-street, and is metered which is enforced by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday from 8am to 8pm. You have the option of feeding the meter, parking in a nearby parking garage, or buying a parking pass from the Savannah Visitor Center. All of that information is included in our confirmation email sent upon booking.

*Our cherished home, Rue Garden, is located next to a building that is currently undergoing construction. While this may cause some noise during weekday business hours, we want to assure you that Rue Garden itself remains a peaceful and charming retreat in the historic district.*

Cute garden apartment. Most things are within walking distance and the scenery around the apartment is beautiful. Quiet in the bedroom with no road noises. There is a unit upstairs so depending on those tenets it can be noisy at times but the quiet hours help!

Fantastic stay

I have no complaints. Location was perfect. We walked everywhere accept for our car drive to Tybee Island. Home was very clean and well stocked. Very warm and inviting place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this sweet little apartment. It was beautifully decorated and the wood work/brickwork throughout the apartment was stunning. This cute little place was conveniently located near many restaurants and a Trolly Route.

Nice apartment & great location

Comfortable apartment with everything you need. The location is terrific for walkability to the river side attractions as well as the downtown and numerous historic districts. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. The property management company was very responsive and easy to work with.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Great historical place and easy access to riverfront and Forsyth Park about 10 blocks either way. Loads of restaurants, pubs, and things you can do without driving. Only downside was no hairdryer, both doors need to be repaired for easier closing and staying closed otherwise it was a marvelous place to stay. Still totally recommend it 😊

We enjoyed our stay in Savannah. The place was clean, and cozy. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go, as the location was perfect. Free parking behind apartment was definitely a plus. Overall, we loved the apartment, and would stay again.

Had a great stay. The property was real nice and clean. The only issue was with the people in the unit above us. They would stomp around in hard sole shoes thru the night and on our last night they got into a very loud argument and it sounded like they broke some glass item on the floor.

Historical stay

Inside was so quaint and charming. Living area relaxing to read a good book. Tub was a little slow to drain, but excellent water pressure. Loved its own parking space. And being on bottom floor, bed was firm to hubbys liking. We love Savannah

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property very clean and comfortable. The courtyard entrance needs some serious weeding and furniture cleanup. We did not use it at all. We felt sorry for the poor goldfish in the dirty fountain. We were worried what was inside after this entryway but inside is great.

Quaint and close to everything

The place was very clean and close to everything. If you obtain the tour pass online the bus stop is very close and you can hop on and off which was nice going to Riverwalk. There is a large refrigerator with crush and cubed ice from the front door and a nice oven. We will return to this VRBO townhome again. The hosts are very responsive before, during and after your stay. I am a former VRBO host in the Georgia mountains for many years.

Great little get away

The apartment is as described. It was comfortable and clean. I liked that there was a back patio. The location was within 2 short blocks to ride the trolley - which I would recommend. It is walking distance of everything. I never felt unsafe in the area.

Absolutely Perfect!

This is a great place to stay for a quick weekend trip! It is close enough to walk to River Street. (1/2 mile) so many local resturants to walk to or a short drive. I read many reviews complaining about the tub draining slowly but didnt have any issue. Also, there were complaints about the construction but that wasnt an issue either being it was a weekend.
