Nestled among moss-draped oaks and classic brick townhomes, this parlor-level residence offers a refined Savannah experience with timeless design and modern comfort.

    Inside, the home blends gorgeous antiques, curated artwork, and warm historic details with bright, open living spaces designed for relaxation after a day exploring the Historic District.

    The elegant living room features high ceilings, antique furnishings, and large windows that fill the space with natural light. A comfortable sofa and upholstered armchairs surround a decorative fireplace, creating the perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine or plan your next Savannah adventure.

    The spacious kitchen and dining area provide a bright gathering space with marble countertops, stainless appliances, and a large farmhouse-style table perfect for morning coffee, casual meals, or evening drinks before heading out to dinner.

    The entire apartment is set up for your use. Please be courteous of your neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum between 10PM - 8AM. The courtyard in the rear of the building is shared and you may access anytime. The laundry is also through the courtyard in the back which is also shared.
