4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms with high ceilings, designer furniture and newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms.

Amazing location one block from Forsyth Park

One off street parking spot can be used behind the house if you have a compact vehicle and extra free public parking on the street.

This apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the home and requires use of stairs. There is no elevator so this is unsuitable for anyone who cannot walk up stairs

Perfect for a Girls Trip!

The place was perfect for myself and five other friends. We were doing a girls trip to Savannah and the place had everything we could ask for. It was super cozy, roomy, and had everything we needed to feel relaxed. Management was super responsive, accommodating, and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Would definitely stay again!!

Visiting Family in Savannah for Thanksgiving

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs, close to downtown, close to Forsyth Park with recreational options for our grandson and lovely walks for us. Convenient for grocery shopping and getting in holiday supplies and incredibly well-stocked kitchen for cooking family meals.The furnishings are specacular. The neighborhood is quiet and the parking easy. We couldn't have asked for more.

Wonderful Girls Trip!

We were in Savannah for a girls trip and loved our stay here! The decor was charming and the location is perfect. Easy walk to Forsyth Park, and some of our group even walked downtown a few days. Very easy to get around using Uber. The property managers were wonderful and very responsive to any questions we had. I can't recommend this location enough. Would definitely stay again!

Family Meet Up

We ended up booking this at the last minute and were grateful for the accommodations. Our stay was wonderful! The host was accessible and very helpful. The home is located near a park that has many attributes and the community has a coffee and winebar in walking distance. The home is just as described in the description.

Fabulous Experience

The unit is beautifully decorated, comfortable and very inviting. It is in a perfect location to walk Savannah's spectacular neighborhoods and parks. Also very convenient to some great restaurants and bars. And it provided the perfect place to kickback enjoy the beauty of the unit, sip some wine and enjoy some great conversations.

Bachelorette Party

This was the perfect house for a bachelorette party. There were 8 girls. We all felt safe and had plenty of space. Communication and the checking in and out process was wonderful. Everything was only a 5-10 minute Uber ride. The decor was very cute! Definitely a wonderful place to stay!

Girls weekend

Property was perfect. Pretty decor. Great location. We walked to historic district. Bit of a walk but nice. Enjoyed our trip. The coffee maker does need to be replaced. Drains water very slowly. But no complaints otherwise. Loved our time together with daughters.

A girls dream house!!!

We absolutely loved staying at this property! It definitely increased the value of our trip. We stayed for a Bach trip and the house was so cute and spacious. The location was also super convenient and easy to get to. The only issue we had was that a lot of the bathroom outlets didn’t work. It also had a lot of stairs inside the house but it’s Savannah, that’s how most buildings are. We would definitely come back and stay again!!

Perfect Girl's Weekend

This home is the Perfect Foo Foo girl's retreat. Every room was decorated over the top with class and colors and reminded us of Nanny McPhee meets Martha Stewart. We all just loved it. Management team needs a note in the booking ON VRBO to look for a separate email from the management company on the access instructions. I kept expecting that information on VRBO or an email from VRBO and totally missed it in my spam email.

Wonderful Property

That rare find in Savannah - 3 king beds in a 4 bedroom house with 3 of the bedrooms on one floor and the fourth bedroom within the main house! It was perfect for our 2 couples and 2 young children (a 3 year old and an infant.) plenty of room for visiting, plenty of beds and baths! Parking was not an issue at all! There was plenty of free on street parking right in front of the house- so much so we didn’t even use the off street parking space provided. The location is very convenient to Forsyth Park, an easy block and a half, as well as Local 1110 and the new bar at The Bardo. The rental agency was a delight to work with, much better than two others in Savannah that I have worked with in the past. Clear communication, quick responses, very accommodating!!! Highly recommend!

This house is beautiful and in a wonderful location! We had 7 people total, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The 3 full bathrooms made showers a breeze as well. We would definitely stay here again.
