Great location

The location is great, perfect place for a couple. You can hear music and the hustle and bustle from the bar downstairs . The noise machine was very helpful in that. The bed is slightly firm . The place was spotless, convenient, included parking . I would definitely stay here again!

Smell

When walking in there was a mildew smell for the first few hour's, I used essential oils to rid it. The rest of the stay was great. Location was amazing. Walking distance to the River front. The parking was great too. Upstairs from a great restaurant great menu.

Savannah Suites on E. Bay St

This property at 115 E. Bay St. unit 2B is excellent in every way. Clean, cozy, updated and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped, and modern, bed is comfortable, HVAC is quiet and effective. Location is awesome and in walking distance of the local historical and shopping venues.Even though road noise is apparent property owners included a sleeping noise machine that was very effective and thoughtful. Highly recommend this property!!

Love this place!

This was our second time staying here. Awesome location. Great spot for two people. Room is perfect for a couple. The location is what sells it, though. Right across from River Street. Can walk to anywhere you want to go. Had an issue with the TV that was promptly fixed. If I could change one thing it would be the mattress. It could use an update. But other than the mattress I give this place 99/100.

Weekend getaway

I had a great long weekend stay at the Suites at Bay Street. I couldn't have asked for a better location to everything!! Everything was clean and up to date, as a solo traveler I felt very safe there as well. The only thing is Treylor Hitch downstairs can get pretty loud on weekend nights - I'm a night owl so it doesn't bother me too much but with the TV on or sound machine provided it's easy to drown out. I'd definitely recommend staying here for a great location at a reasonable price, and to have parking included was a huge plus too!

Best location in town

My wife and I spent a week here in Sep. The weather was perfect, as was the city and location. The location is great, safe and in the middle of everything. This unit is developed solely for rental purposes. There are four units in the bldg, they are all essentially the same. This is like renting a full suite in a hotel, but without the bother of a hotel (other people, desk, etc). This unit did not have a kitchen table, but it has a kitchen bar with a couple of stools, it worked well for us (a couple). The property was very clean on arrival. You can hear the restaurant below but it did not bother us, as we didn't go to bed until 1am each night, and that's when the restaurant closes. It doesn't start up in the morning until 10 or 11am, so no noise issue there, either. This suite is on the 2nd floor, so you can hear typical street noise like any downtown. There is a sound machine you can use in the bedroom. Note to Management: The sound machine needs replacing, the ball bearings are shot. Also, the strings on the living room blinds need repair. This is a 2nd floor unit, if street noise or restaurant noise might bother you (if you go to bed early), I would rent one of their two units on the 3rd floor. Only real concern, is while this is the 2nd floor, and it has huge floor to ceiling windows, the windows are sealed shut. In a fire, you'd have to break a window if you needed that egress. Overall, great location, comfortable, clean unit. Would stay again.

I'm not sure they could do much better there. The suite was in great condition and all of the amenities worked fine. I have 2 minor complaints. The floor seemed a little sticky/dirty and the shower drain plug would sometimes close and you would have to manually open it up again during your showers. Outside of that, I'd say this place was perfect for our trip. Lucky Savannah was professional and easy to work with. I would stay with them again.
