Dog Rules: The space is dog-friendly. Our dog fee is set to $100 per stay, limit 2 dogs max. Pets are restricted to 50lbs or less. This helps us maintain the space at a high level of cleanliness while accepting dogs.
** Note: ESAs also pay a pet fee. By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay.

We provide a starter pack of K-cups, trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper for your convenience.

One designated parking space is located at the rear of the property. Parking is also conveniently available on-street at no cost. Please pay close attention to the posted sweep zones and times as you may have to move your car at that specified date and time to avoid fines. Sweeping times and days are specific to the street you're parking on and can be found on red and white signs along the sidewalk.

The house is super cute and perfect for our stay. The bunk beds are surprisingly sophisticated and very comfortable. We didn’t get a chance to use the back but it looks like a really nice place to hang out. Location is also great with a short walk to Forsyth Park. In the lead up to our stay the hosts was also really informative. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!!
