"The property was beautiful and everyone of the staff that we encountered were so nice and helpful. It was close to the things that we wanted to do. The food was great as was the service. The only thing I did not like is that our first night there we were having a drink at the bar. It was fairly early in the evening so they were not overly busy. The lady bartender was very nice and efficient. Then someone that I assume was in management went behind the bar and started telling her that she had better do a better job of checking to be sure of the room number of people charging to their room or in the future she would be paying the charges out of her pocket. This may have been something that needed to be said to the the woman but doing it in front of customers was VERY tacky. No class Susan Stadie"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is walkable, felt safe, has lots of touristy shops and a variety of good restaurants. There is a nice manager’s reception each afternoon with beverages, snacks and charcuterie. Valet parking is convenient but pricey ($50/day). I’d recommend River Street Inn to friends and family if they visit Savannah. "

"The staff was amazing, we had an issue with the air not being cold enough but they sent a person up immediately. The rooms were clean the view was amazing and the valet parking was wonderful. Can't say enough about this hotel. "

"This was our second time staying at the Andaz. It is the perfect location in Savanah and the staff are wonderful. Nice rooms and nice bar. We never tried the restaurants."

"The staff were friendly, the elevator was cool and I really liked the wooden shutter(?) on the room window with the blinds that are wooden. I liked being close to historic district of Savannah. Saw this from my floor hallway "
