Renovated Bohemian Retreat w/ Porch & Parking, Near Park by Lucky Savannah

Southern Comfort Too - Experience a true bohemian escape located on the charming, historic side of Huntingdon Street in Savannah. Up to four Lucky guests will call this bright and airy 2-bedroom "home sweet home".

Enter into the foyer on the first level of this bohemian, chic, humble abode. The actual living space is situated on the second floor of this property, above the ground floor unit. Upstairs you will find the main living space that offers an ample amount of seating, and a large Flatscreen TV. The dining room that is open to the main living space, can sit up to four Lucky guests. The kitchen sits just off of the back of the home and has all the modern conveniences you could wish for, complete with marble countertops, dishwasher, fridge, and stovetop, ideal for extended stays. A designer's dream bathroom is situated conveniently between the main living space and kitchen with hand-laid marble tile, a generous sized walk-in shower and a high-end double vanity.

Off of the kitchen in the back of the home, you will find a large private porch and large daybed. Right off of the courtyard space, you will conveniently find your two private parking spaces. Facing Huntingdon Street, you'll find the two well-situated bedrooms both with spacious closets. The King size bedroom offers a desk, large dresser, two closets and a flatscreen TV - A true primary suite. The Queen size bedroom has plenty of flare, with a solid wood dresser and generous wall mirror.

Great location, only a 2 block walk to the St. Patrick's Day parade. 25 minute walk to the riverfront and all those activities. Nice space, had all amenities we required.

My 75 yr old mother and I stayed at this quaint rental for an extended weekend. The location was quiet and walking distance to the park, a handful of restaurants and the Dot bus stop. It was well stocked, clean, spacious and newly renovated, would definitely recommend.

Perfect location ! This is a very comfortable and well maintained property. The best of both worlds. Very walkable to the Riverfront and restaurants but located in a quiet neighborhood. Also a few blocks from Kroger. Parking was great!

Charming Savannah Home

When you want to stay in Savannah, you think of these old historic homes. This home was lovely and so comfortable, everything you needed for your stay. The nicest convenience was the parking spot at the back of the home--since street parking isn't always available nearby. Within walking distance to many places.

Such a nice place location is perfect coffee shop and wine store close by. Pictures on site should be updated current furniture is nice but not as shown. They place was clean except the rugs in kitchen and living need to be change out or deep cleaned

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time that my husband and I have stayed at Southern Comfort Too with our dog. We love the second floor 'apartment'. The decor and cleanliness are great and comfortable. And the location is perfect for trips to Forsyth Park to walk the dog and people watch. It's at the edge of the historic district which is an easy walk. We also like heading in the opposite direction to some of our favorite place...Cotton & Rye, Tequila & Tacos, Shuk, Hop Atomica. Just great place to stay. And did I mention the deck/courtyard area? Also, lovely.

Southern Charm Made New

The property is in a g great location! The house itself had great charm and was decorated nicely! In short walking district to Forsyth Park, which was great for my pup and I. The check-in process was a bit confusing with multiple doors. The house is two units which I didn’t realize and I didn’t think was clear on the listing. My dog is older so going up two flights of stairs wasn’t the best but we did ok. The front door and foyer pictured in the listing isn’t how you enter or exit the property, which was strange. Also there was a slight smell of cats in that area.

Roomy, comfortable beds and really dog friendly.

We had a wonderful time at this property for our stay in Savannah this time. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor space for dogs was convenient. I liked how it was separated into two outdoor spaces in case the other tenants had dogs as well. It was a little odd when you walk in the front door and you see that the other tenants door is right there(but the door is locked I believe from both sides) but you get used to it and it does not bother you. 6 minute walk to fordyce park. It has a good selection of pots and pans, dishes and silverware. It lacked a few cooking amenities ie oil, foil, sprays and seasonings. Also could of used some hand soaps, additional toilet paper, trash bags and a few laundry pods for use if your going to be there for a bit. It was new but had lots of the old elements of this amazing town. The parking was amazing which also makes this place a winner.

The location is perfect, not too far to the action, but far enough for it to be quiet. The bathroom was very modern, and the water pressure was very good. As I have seen in other reviews, the toilet paper holder falls to the floor when you use it. Also the towel rods in the bathroom are very loose. Hope they get fixed for other users, Lucky Savannah. Everything was clean. The parking was a major bonus! We rarely used the car, but when we did it was nice not to have to worry about parking.Loved that it was pet friendly! We love to travel with out fur babies and it was a comfortable place for them. The courtyard was a bit overgrown, but the back porch was a nice place to sit in the evening.We did have an issue with the code to access the unit. We had received two different codes days apart. When the most recent code didn't work we had to dig up the other code, which worked. I hope Lucky Savannah gets this straightened out for others, it was a bad way to start our vacation. Overall, we loved the rental! We would highly recommend it!

It’s a great downtown location, parking included. The interior is spacious, clean, comfortable, and attractive. All the locks felt safe and secure. The kitchen is large with plenty of counter space, full sized modern appliances, and all the basic dishes you need for cooking at home, even baking! The bathroom has a 2-sink vanity with usable counter space. Ample closets; laundry on site. And many of the lights are on dimmers, which I love. We will book this address again.

Overall this was a great place to stay. If you’re looking to do mostly river street activities it’s a longer walk but absolutely doable. Very quiet part of town to stay which is great after a day of exploring. Our only issue was with the mosquitos. There is an inoperable fountain that is acting as a breading ground for them and we came home with numerous bites. Keeping the fountain water moving and adding some mosquito repellents in the surrounding area would be a great help and much appreciated by those who get eaten up by them. Other than that this as probably one of our favorite places to stay if not the favorite place. Would 10/10 recommend.
