This beautiful townhome with a private carriage house and courtyard is located in historic Savannah’s charming Crawford Square neighborhood. Surrounded by locals and visitors alike, the home is within easy walking distance of the best of the Historic District, just a half mile from Broughton Street’s shops and restaurants, with countless dining options and boutiques nearby.

This elegant three-story townhome offers refined comfort and space for up to 8 guests. The main level features a comfortable living room with a large Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with island seating for four, a wet bar with wine refrigerator, a dining room, and a half bath. Step outside to your private courtyard, perfect for relaxing and enjoying Savannah’s beautiful weather.

The second floor features the primary suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, and spa-like bathroom with double sinks and an oversized shower. The third floor includes two additional bedrooms, each with a king bed and its own full en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs connected to Roku. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also located on the third floor.

The courtyard connects the main home to the private one-bedroom carriage house, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, living area with a Smart TV, a queen bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom, a washer and dryer, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living space.

Parking: Guests have access to two private parking spaces in the garage. There is free first-come parking available in front of the building, as well as metered street parking along the side of the building from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Nice family trip!

We enjoyed a great extended family getaway and this house was perfect! It was spacious, offered privacy, was close to everything, felt like it was in a safe location, and the host was quick to reply to any questions we had. We hope to stay again in the future!

Amazing property in a perfect location!

Property was amazing from top to bottom, beginning to end. There were 8 of us on a girls trip & we were all blown away. Very well kept, modern, clean, great location... walkable and easy to catch Ubers to many great restaurants & shops. Property manager very communicative & helpful but not overbearing. Highly recommend. Great price and worth every penny.

Lovely home in a lovely city

We are a group of four couples who have been friends for many years, but have become spread around the USA. Once a year, we pick a spot to meet up and spend a few days together. This year we chose Savannah. The property was beautiful and perfectly suited to our needs. One of our party has a difficult time with stairs, but the elevator here made that a non-issue. It was walking distance to a surprising number of restaurants and attractions. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

Amazing house

We loved our stay at this beautiful property in Savannah! Check in was super simple and the property was very clean and spacious. The house is close to restaurants, shops, and parks, so we were able to walk everywhere during our stay. We hope to return to the area and this house in the future!

Patrick was very responsive and helped secure a garage door opener to accommodate our truck. The garage was a tight squeeze for a large suv or truck so that was an issue, but the opener helped. The oven also did not work. Property was beautiful, short walk to most locations, and very well appointed.

End of summer vacay

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Liberty red brick townhome. It was nicely furnished and very well equipped. We especially enjoyed the elevator since this home is 3 stories-that was a huge convenience and fun perk. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Spacious and plenty bathrooms as well.

Beautiful house

We rented the house for a quick girl’s trip to Savannah. The older kids loved staying in the carriage house. The property is exactly as listed. Super easy check in and check out. We walked and took Uber everywhere. We never waited more than 10 mins for a pick up and most destinations took 15 mins or less. Would happily stay here again.

Great house!

We had an amazing stay here celebrating a 40th birthday. The house is beautiful and the patio area was great. Location was also great and we walked everywhere the whole weekend. Definitely recommend!
