Columbia Square Restoration: Parking Spot & Courtyard

This renovated historic home will please the pickiest of guests. You will find three full bathrooms with sparkling designer fixtures, strikingly tasteful decor throughout the house. The location is also one of the most ideal spots in Savannah's Historic District. This is 0.25 miles from the Riverfront and just one block from Broughton Street. You can walk to everything in the downtown area from this home.

This rental has the added value of one private designated parking spot. For additional vehicles, parking is on-street and spots are easy to find at this location. Metered spots on the street must be paid for 6 days a week (City of Savannah has a "Park Savannah" app to make this easy)

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with a California King. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs. Bonus room with Full daybed and Downstairs there is a twin trundle daybed. There is a full bathroom (shower only) downstairs.

The modern kitchen is equipped for cooking and dining. There is a private courtyard in the back and the gorgeous Columbia Square is just out your front door. Regarding availability and rates: We DO keep the calendar up to date! However, contact us first before using automated booking for events or holidays. Please read the notes section and understand that the standard rates do not apply to holidays or events and we reserve the right to require 3+ minimums for all weekends year round. Single nights or 2 night stays will be allowed on a case by case basis. Email for a quote if you are unsure about your particular dates. Thanks so much! Beautiful house, perfect location

The house is absolutely stunning. It was clean and comfortable for a group of six to stay. It is also in easy walking distances to so many nearby attractions. The kitchen is also really nicely stocked.

Our girls trip had a fabulous time. The location was perfect for walking. The house was very clean and it was a great house to spread out in. The courtyard was was a bonus to spend time in.

lovely Savannah home

This property was perfect!! It was in a quiet area of town, and the house was beautiful! The kitchen seating area was absolutely the best way to start the day with big windows and a cup of coffee. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed and comfortable, and there was nothing we lacked. The back patio with fountain was lovely. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location!

One of the best Places I’ve stayed in Savannah. So close to shopping & restaurants but still a Quiet location. The stocked coffee bar was nice to have. The kitchen and private court yard we’re beautiful. Parking was nice addition.

Excellent location and house

Perfect location for our girls weekend (3 women). We walked everywhere we wanted to go except for Tybee Lighthouse and Bonaventure Cemetery. We loved coming back from a long day out to sit in the living room and catch up. House was immaculate, nicely furnished, and the kitchen seemed to have most of what is needed to cook (we never took advantage of that). Would return to this rental again.

Lovely home

The house was beautiful and well situated in Savannah. Nice living room for four people to relax in. Perhaps some attention should be given to the bed linens. (Pillows, twin bed room). This is a very old home so you might want to bring a power strip for c-paps or other devices. It was a great experience and we would rent it again.

Christmas Visit

I take my mom on a trip for her Christmas present each year. This year she wanted to visit Savannah. This house added to the enchantment of this beautiful city. The house was modern and comfortable, yet still had the charm of a historic home. The location was fabulous. While my mom can't walk long distances, we were able to visit many areas and enjoy the scenery on foot. For anyone who is able bodied, this location would provide perfect access to get to almost all of the areas of the historic district. I would definitely stay at this property again!

What a delight!

We celebrated my stepfather's 60th birthday in this home, and we were all beyond impressed with our stay! It was exactly as advertised online -- well-appointed, quaint, and comfortable. We had plenty of space for the 5 of us and enjoyed thoroughly all of the features the home had (enormous back windows looking into the adorable garden, two dishwashers, and large comfortable showers) that were included in the stay. The location could not be beaten, it was a quiet street within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to do and see. Mary was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with, and we all noted how exceptionally clean the home was upon our arrival. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

Overall a nice home with one big problem

We stayed at the Columbia Square Restoration, 138 Habersham Street. The rental was very nice and clean, and we enjoyed all areas but really liked sitting outdoors in the morning with coffee and reminiscing about the day. The home was in a nice neighborhood and easy to walk to many historic houses and art museums. We did lose our electricity one day, and Vrbo moved us to a new location for the night. The next day we moved back to the Habersham house. Apparently, the power bill had not been paid by the property’s owner. I would give a high recommendation for the rental if it weren’t for the power loss of 24 hours. Rick C.

Read the listing carefully

The place was immaculate but there are a few things to be aware of. The pros: House is in a great part of town. Lots of sights in walking distance. A few blocks away from bars and restaurants. Cons: The main level bedroom is really just an office or den with a bed. If you are 6ft tall you will not be able to extend your legs due to the arms of the Full/twin size bed. There is no room to hand clothes or store luggage. This should not be called a bedroom. There are tiny tv's in each room. The kitchen is poorly designed. EVERY cabinet in the kitchen is occupied. Some have appliances (Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher) in them. There is no room to store items that you purchase to eat while staying in the house like cans of box goods. We were forced to leave it all o n the counter the entire time. Also the entire kitchen is windows with no blinds. Dont think that you or your children can walk around in your pajamas because every stranger walking down the alley behind the house can see directly in the kitchen.

It is a wonderful property! I will say—at our last VRBO in Savannah, there were Keurig pods for the coffee maker. And there was laundry detergent at the other home. It was a nice perk!

Just awesome!

The property was just as listed. Clean, well appointed, and in the heart of the Historic district. The parking spot was a major plus, as we had driven in from Florida. We were close to everything, including a bus stop for the Hop on-Hop off tourist bus.Beds were comfortable, AC ran cold, plenty of fans (in case it was extra warm) and a Keurig (not shown in the pictures).We would definitely stay again and thanks to Mary for making us feel welcome.
