Good location for dining. Some onsite parking. Front desk would rarely answer the phone. Breakfasts were good. Interior and rooms were “tired”.

Our room was very nice and clean. It was quiet at night. The hot breakfast was great and the pool was very nice. The hotel is located in the historic district, so we were able to walk to everything, including restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Savannah is gorgeous! I would definitely stay here again.

We did not get housekeeping the entire stay while we were there. Cleaned our own room. When we asked for towels at the front desk the gentleman working acted like it was a huge deal.
The lady when I checked out was very nice but really not helpful with anything.

The location was perfect. Breakfast each morning fantastic. We would have liked a room cleaning at least once in 4 days and clean towels every other day. Handicap parking should be guaranteed not arbitrary. With that said, it was a lovely trip!

The breakfast was awful and chaotic. The room had a musty smell and a leaky toilet. The elevator didn't work. The charged $30 a night to park and the parking area was about a quarter of a mile away. I'll never stay in that dump again.

Water tempature, water quality was real bad dark brown water after i check with front desk they say that it was the wrong cofie container was changed , i said this is my tap water, she says let it run they just did something to the water! Next day it all yellow so no shower, they only had worm water for the $$ it was a bit high! staff was very nice and apoligetic no isue at all there!

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn. Everyone was so kind and went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. The 24-hour coffee and tea station was really convenient. They kept our bags when we arrived early in the morning before check in and kept them for us again when we had a late train after check out. They even let us hang out and play games after check out time, which was very kind. I highly recommend.

This hotel was nice in appearance but horrible decision to stay here. Mattress was painful to sleep on and i could not get comfortable. The breakfast buffet was inadequately hosted, and insufficiently seated for the crowd. The idea of a hot shower was just that, an idea that never happened. Service staff was constantly getting on the main elevator in front of customers with no regard to anyone but themselves. Always has to wait for front desk personnel to show up to assist or someone had to retrieve them to do their job. Hotel was overly priced for motel service.

The bed was awful, I had bruises the next morning. The side of the shower stall was literally rusted and had big holes.

Everything was ok except staff at breakfast she wasn't that friendly and should say kind of rude and breakfast wasn't that great either other than that didn't have that much interaction with the staff
