Up to six Lucky travelers will feel at home in this two story apartment, just a stone's throw away from Forsyth Park. The Lynwood Collection on Forsyth is located on Historic Gaston Street and has been renovated top-to-bottom. Coastal decor ties the space together and creates an inviting space for guests to relax. Enjoy morning or evening strolls beneath the Spanish moss trees, and start your adventure discovering all Savannah has to offer.

Entering on the second floor, you will be provided a secure key code unique to your stay, that ensures safe entry as you check in to your home away from home. Nestle into your coastal digs by gathering together in the living space fitted with a flat screen TV. Guests are welcome to access their streaming favorites like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime. A half-bath has been tucked between the kitchen, and living room, ideal for guests who will be using the queen-size sleeper sofa.

The bright and airy kitchen features an ample amount of counter space, including a large island that can seat your entire group. Guests will enjoy having modern conveniences, such as stainless appliances, and a full-size washer/dryer. Enjoy a glass of wine or a morning cup of joe on the balcony that sits off of the kitchen.

Head upstairs to find two bedrooms, that are furnished with a king and queen size bed. This property was perfect for our trip. The unit was super clean and comfortable. Location was great, right next to Forsyth Park. Super close to all sightseeing areas of Savannah. We were able to walk to see all the historic squares and all the way to Riverstreet.

The apartment was wonderful! It was perfect for us (mom, dad, adult daughter and her fiancé). Very well equipped, very clean, great location, free parking behind apartment. Easy check in and check out. Would stay again.

Lovely rental next to Forsyth Park. It was a bit of a hike from the riverfront, but the DOT bus was usually available. We really appreciated the reserved parking spot and only used the car for a trip to Tybee Island and Bonaventure Cemetery. The rental was plenty big enough for two couples and it was great to have 2 full baths upstairs plus the half bath on the main floor. Everything was very clean, with linens and towels awaiting us. We didn’t use the kitchen except for breakfast and snacks but it was mostly well stocked. The only things we missed (that other rentals have provided) were coffee filters, plastic wrap for leftovers, and tissues. Another plus was that the location was quieter than the downtown area. We would definitely stay here again.

Location next to Forsyth Park. Close enough to walk to downtown to shops, restaurants and bars. We had 5 adults and the size of the apartment was perfect for 3-4 night stay. Definitely plan on going back to Savannah and staying in apartment if it’s Available

The location is quiet and very conveniently close to Forsynth Park. Parking spot is tight, but they work with what they have. I would dedinetely recommend!!

A Forsyth Park must stay

First time in Savannah. This place is right around the corner from Forsyth Park. A most excellent location. Eat at the restaurant in the park, it’s great. Head down Bull St. through all the parks to the Riverfront. Easy walking and great views!

Beautiful location, lovely home

Beautiful location across the street from Forsyth Park. Clean, comfortable beds, easy access. The only thing I would suggest is a few more hand towels for bathrooms and maybe pressure clean the outside stairwell leading to the unit.

Near Forsyth Park

My husband and I stayed at this location, along with our 3 small kids--2,4,7. This is a great location, walkable to the park. However, not the best place for young children. Steep stairs and parking spaces are very compact. We had to park in the back and walk all the way around to get inside, not super convienant. Would not stay again. Perfect for older kids and adults.

Great location

The location to Forsyth Park was great! The property was clean for the most part. Desperately need to add a pizza pan! Also, you must have a small car to park in the provided spot. That was not listed on the site.

Great location.

Location of the property can’t be beat. Check-in and arrival was very easy. A couple stray hairs in the shower, and none of the bedside tables and lamps were plugged in. TV remote in one of the bedrooms was missing batteries. Overall, though, the place was comfortable.

Fantastic home and location

We had the most wonderful stay at this home! The location was ideal. We walked pretty much everywhere. Four of us were in Savannah for the half marathon that began and ended at Forsyth Park. We honestly could not have been in a better area. We were able to enjoy the park everyday of our trip. The home was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. I would highly recommend this home and home management. They were so helpful and incredibly accessible during and before our stay.

Great location!

Great location, clean, well stocked with kitchen essentials. Only concern is that the stairs to enter were rather steep, and the bathroom adjacent to the king sized bed was very small - shower well below normal width. Listings should warn anyone with mobility issues that this would not likely be a good fit. It is great if you are young and healthy and very convenient to Forsyth park and various bus stops!

The common areas (kitchen and living room) were great for conversation and card playing. The bedrooms and bathrooms are small but worked. I would caution anyone with any physical issues that there are a lot of stairs to this second floor unit. My only other suggestions is check the lightbulbs. Several were out. Overall, a nice property in a historic location.

There were minimal extras - nothing on the kitchen but utensils etc. No sugar or spices etc. Parking is not ideal and not spelled out ahead of time . The spot you get is in an awkward space - you have to have a medium to small car and are require to back in or out a fairly long distance . Once parked, we never moved. There’s a free shuttle that goes from the very close to the house to the downtown historic district - that was nice.

Anniversary vacation

The location is good and the property is cute. Parking is a lot tricky but not impossible. There was a gecko that scurried across the floor upstairs(scared the heck out of me at 6am). I went to check under the bed and there was trash from previous guests that was never cleaned. I would suggest extra kitchen towels and an oven mit would be helpful along with normal every day items…salt, pepper, etc and maybe a few extra cooking items. A baking sheet would have been helpful.
