This modern, ground level, apartment is located in the heart of the Downtown Historic District, only steps away from Savannah's Famed Forsyth Park. This is the perfect getaway if you are looking for a modern getaway, either for an extended or short stay!

The garden apartment is on the ground level of this three-story town home and is accessed by from the street. Each square inch is carefully curated with the modern conveniences, and upgraded finishes. Entering into the living room, you'll find a large smart television, along with a comfortable sofa with queen size pull-out. Open to the living space, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen that features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the tools you need to prepare home cooked meals.

The bedroom with Queen size bed is tucked away towards the back of the home, drowning out the sounds of the city for a restful night's sleep. The full bath with tub/shower combo is in the hall - easily shared by both set of guests on opposite ends of the apartment.

From the charming entryway to the fantastic bed, this was a true home away from home. Very quick to respond to inquiries, clean, and fantastic neighborhood. Loved this property. Close to the grocery store and within walking distance of tons of attractions.

Nice getaway

We came for a few days and found this a really nice place; clean and comfortable. Quiet except for when people are walking in the apartment above. But very quiet at night. Nice place for a quick getaway.

Weekend getaway

The property is beautiful, clean and within walking distance of most things. It was only my daughter and I. She did a college visit while we were here.we had an issue with the tvs but they had them fixed asap. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Beautiful location

Excellent location - 2.5 short blocks to Forsyth Park & can catch the hop on/off trolley. One mile to downtown. We felt safe walking during the day & evening in this historic neighborhood. Accommodations were good. Comfy bed & large kitchen & living room. Tenants upstairs were loud the last night. Overall, great experience!

Lucky Savannah on E. Huntingdon St.

Nice apartment. Weeds on back patio could have been cut. Property manager did a good job fixing the gate that was broken on the back patio within one day. Very pleased overall.

Very clean and close to Forsythe park

The property was really good. the only not so good thing was that there were NO drinking glasses or wine glasses. 20 coffee mugs, but no other glasses. We did tell them when we left, and were told we should have told them. We were too busy during the day to ask about it, plus we were only there a couple nights. All-in-all the property is very clean and a nice size. The pull out bed is VERY uncomfortable, but the couch itself was a good place to sleep. And the property was very close to many things. We never had to move our car!

Girls away

Would have liked more restaurants close by, but very well appointed and clean guesthouse. FYI: The two outlets by the kitchen sink do not work. I also think we could’ve used more than one hand towel and perhaps a box of Kleenex. The first night we were there around 10 PM somebody tried to use the code on the door to get in and kept rattling it. We just yelled at them that they had the wrong door and they did disappear but we would have felt more comfortable. Had there been a chain lock on the inside of the door. these are only suggestions and not complaints, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Joyce and Elaine.

Great Place

I really enjoyed staying at this location. It was nice and on such a cute street with people walking around parking was a little tough bc it was on the street, but I always had a spot. I haven’t paralleled park in over 15 years. The place had coffee, dishwasher and dish soap. No paper towels, but I bought some and left them there. Bath towels were rough on the skin, luckily I had the bright idea to bring fluffy ones from home. Bedroom tv didn’t work and I requested wifi information so I could work but they never responded. The other issue which could be the resident above, possibly a regret, but there was a herd of hyenas in heels above me all through the night laughing , stomping and woohooing. I get it, I was 22 once. Overall, I’m sure if you aren’t there often it would be a great place. So convenient. I had to work so it was difficult working from my phone. Cute though!

We really liked the area. It was safe and quiet and charming. Parking was easy. Walkable to everywhere. The property was nice: comfy, cozy, and clean. Overall very good. The only reason for not giving this 5 stars is because it didn't provide the essentials that we've seen at every other rental we've stayed at: coffee maker but no coffee, sugar, etc. No Kleenex or hand soap. Internet/ TV didn't work most the time. It was those little things you expect as you're likely not traveling with that stuff, that affected this rating.
