Fantastic Downtown Condo With Shared Pool!

Perfect "live like a local" condo! Four blocks from legendary Forsyth park, 2 blocks from the grocery store, and 3-4 blocks to restaurants and coffee shops. Super comfortable and cozy; you will get a true feeling of a Savannah home.
The unit features a large bedroom, large living area, fully equipped kitchen and luxury bathroom with a 2 person Jacuzzi hot tub garden bath.
Also, a short 20 minute drive to Tybee Island for a beach day.
I am always available to answer any questions they may have regarding their stay and the unit. I love giving advice on places to visit and especially places to eat.

A few notes:
- This is a a first floor condo in a urban downtown district. You will see people of all types, including a few vagrants. If this makes you nervous in any way, there are many great hotels to choose from.
- This residence was constructed about 150 years ago. up the floors are slightly slanted. If you have mobility or vertigo issues, you might want to choose a hotel as well.
- If you want to live like a local, this is as local as you can live. We can't wait to host you. :)!

Very clean, well stocked, convenient location. We highly enjoyed our stay and exploring Savannah. We loved the quirks of the slanted floors but would not recommend anyone stay with ambulatory issues.

Everything was wonderful. We way over packed. Very impressed with all the amenities and necessities that were already there. Our host was excellent. As soon as we discovered there was no coffee pot, one was delivered the next day . Will gladly recommend!

Savannah getaway

Great communication with the host. The property is spotless and parking on the street is easy. You’re no more than a 10 minute car ride to the downtown area. Some of the best all-around food I’ve ever had is in Savannah and you should go to Tybee Island For an afternoon. Plenty of historical sites to visit, lots of history in Savannah. We will certainly return to Savannah and stay again at this property.

Great location

The location and unit were overall very nice. The bed was pretty worn down and could use either a new mattress or different supports to firm it up. The water temp was great and water pressure was good as well. It’s very close to a grocery store so easy to stock some snacks and meal items for your stay.

Beautiful and accommodating

Above and beyond.. owner brought new tv when TV wasn’t working.. it was perfect! New King bed was amazing and he brought me some awesome tea. So close to so much and easy deliveries.. and we loved we could get to everything with a Lyft or Uber in minutes.. will book again!

Quiet Duplex

Quiet neighborhood, close to Kroger for groceries and wine. Nice walk to Forsyth Park, free bus that goes down to the river. Enjoyable shaded squares. Food was great!

A bit outside of the downtown area but great if you like walking. Kroger right down the street was very convenient. Condo had everything needed even 2 rain ponchos for unexpected rain. The floors were very slanted. Being 71, it was very hard to walk across. Property was clean, easy to check in and the bed was quite comfortable. Only problem was the foundation, which needed major fixing. Was very disappointed. Wouldnt recommend this property to anyone. We checked out several days early

A great home base for exploring Savannah

Check in was easy, the owner and his family who were staying in a nearby adjacent property were very helpful and pleasant to chat with but also gave us plenty of privacy. I loved the pool and back porch for an extra sitting area, and the nearby grocery store was so convenient. The house had everything we could need. We opted to not rent a car and that worked out great--the property is just a few blocks from a free bus line that goes to the historic district/riverfront and back. We took a day trip to Tybee Island for a dolphin cruise, visit to the beach, and a seafood lunch. We'll be back and would stay here again.

Cozy cottage

Perfect place to stay for our family of 3. Kitchen had all of the amenities, nice size fridge, etc. We enjoyed the pool on those hot summer days. Nice and quiet. Nice location of the grocery store only a couple of minutes to get there. Property owner was extremely helpful when we arrived. I didn't read the address correctly and was trying to get in the wrong. Oops. He answered his phone on the first ring and helped us. Overall a very pleasant experience. Would definitely stay again.

Savannah ♥️

We were gone every day so we did not utilize the cooking process or outdoor/pool. This was our first time in Savannah (my second since 1977) so basically our first time to Savannah. We did tourist things and then we went to Tybee Island to stay on the beach. It was a wonderful vacation. Savannah is a beautiful city and highly recommend a good 3-4 days of restaurants and tourist attractions. The apartment was adorable! I loved the washing machine and dryer stackable and utilized them every day - they are literally brand new! I won’t go home with a bunch of dirty clothes now! Thank you so much for an accommodating place! We appreciate the thoughtfulness that went into everything.

Walkable location

The property was close to Kroger w/Starbucks, & Forsythe park, & therefore all the tours. The kitchen was well stocked and had coffee. All appliances worked. There was a window a/c unit in the bedroom that worked. Good water pressure and hot water. TV worked & had Roku. Owner was very responsive. However, the outside of the unit was dirty and in disrepair. The bathroom had mold & mildew on the window curtain and jets in the tub along with duct tape. The bathroom counter and sink were incredibly tall and difficult to use. The toilet tank had a misshapen tank cover. There is at least a 6" slant to the floor from the front door to the rear of the property. Be aware if you have balance issues. The mattress was comfortable. The pillows were not and were well used. Overall, an acceptable stay.
